Pondo Rosa offers this Large Private Luxurious Villa, with our outstanding reputation Sleeping up to 10 people. The Villa is finished to a very high standard with many extras including WI-FI, N.B English TV ( No Spanish Channels) , Room Safe, Cots and High Chairs & much more ALL at NO extra charge. The Villa has also been adapted for disabled with full wheelchair access. the Villa is secluded, private & have private gardens over looking sun terraces & their own swimming pool with a special shallow end for children. There is Table Tennis, Table Football, Dart board and Swing Ball as well as Giant Garden Chess set and the Mini Golf for the children. The Villa offers its own special Children's play Area. The Villa is suitable for families, groups or couples who want a short or long stay in our beautiful part of Spain.
Cleaning Fee's
Final cleaning fee's: Min charge is £150.00 upto 6 to Max of £190.00 for upto 10 Persons.
A Late Arrival fee ( If applicable ) after 9pm - 11pm of £50.00 will apply.
Arrivals are NOT accepted at the property after 11pm.

Air conditioning should only be needed during the hot summer months and can be kept to a minimum please, by closing the shutters from the sun during the day and opening in the evening to allow the air to circulate. The cost of air conditioning is expensive. It is best to use sparingly to cool the bedrooms before you go to bed and then leave off. There is no need for the Air Con to be on when not in the house. Pondo Rosa Luxury Farmhouse - private with mountain and country side views. The outside living and dining terrace is spacious where all guests can enjoy "alfresco" dining and lounging, the terrace has a lounge, satellite TV, Kitchen, BBQ , Griddle, hob and is fully equipped with a cooking utencils, and all you need for outdoor dining. there is also an outdoor sink with large granite work surfaces. The terraces are well lit and over looks the pool.Terraces have a private pool with pool shower. There are sun loungers, tables and parasols, and also orange and lemon trees, beautiful fresh fruit when in season. The farmhouse has its own special children's play area for hours of fun.
