“Great space and location” We've been to PDC a number of times and loved this location. Close to the best parts of La Quinta but also walking distance to a lively and non-touristy part of the city. The condo was quiet and just the right size for our small family (2 adults + 1 small child). Everything was spotless, and the kitchen amenities were just what we needed. We also appreciated having a few towels for the beach. David was helpful and friendly, and when our son locked us out of the bathroom one night, the night watchman Mauro kindly unlocked it for us. Check-in and check-out was quick. Sadly, the beach was far more eroded than last time we were in PDC, but this was an issue everywhere we walked, not just near the condo.

“The perfect Tulum Vacation House!!” Casa Rosa is truly a gem in paradise. We were a group 4 single adults who rose early to enjoy our beautiful breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the sea. The house is also perfectly suited for families and those with children. Immaculately clean and tidy, you can tell the owners put a lot of heart and soul into their charming abode. Casa Rosa has everything one would need: breezy spacious bedrooms, full kitchen w/ all appliances and utensils, clean fresh-water bathrooms, and plenty of big open space to chill and hangout, both in- and outdoors. The location is easy to access and close to most of Tulum's attractions, but also very private and secure. ...One of the most memorable vacations of my life, thanks to Casa Rosa!!

“In the heart of Cancun” If you're looking be in the heart of Cancun then this is the place you want to be. Awesome beach & great pool on site. If you want to grab a bite to eat or hit the clubs they are just steps away. We were so pleased with the service from the housekeeping to the front desk, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay outstanding.

“Wonderful week with our family” We had great communications with owner, Robin, to help us plan this wonderful week then were greeted at the ferry by our Isla Mujeres contact person who, along with Robin, had suggestions of restaurants, shopping, beaches for sunbathing, beaches for swimming, where to rent golf carts, where to buy groceries, fishing charters, etc. Our views were magnificent since the front of the house is on the Bay of Cancun and the back is on the Caribbean Sea. We relaxed in the comfortable house with charming island decor and enjoyed every moment of our week. New Year's Eve in Isla is amazing! The whole island gathers in the square for an all night party with music and dancing. What fun we had!!! Shopping is fun, the food is superb, the people are welcoming, and we can't wait to go back and can't say enough good things about the island and Casa Cielo! You will remember this trip with smiles on your faces!

“Nice stay in Playa del Carmen” Had an excellent stay in this condo located in the 2nd floor of modern complex. Condo was very clean, well equipped and modern overlooking. Only the dish-washer would be welcomed. Rooms and balconies are large and spacious. Condo has its own parking lot (visible from balcony) - therefore absolutely no problem with parking. There is really enough to do in PDC and Yucatan - so the car rental is good option for the vacation! We got excellent service on place. Overall rating - great value for the money!

“Beautiful and comfortable accomodations” Besides being close to the beach and shops and restaurants, I particularly enjoyed the colorful and interesting decor of the Condo... A very relaxing and enjoyable change from the ordinary. I gave it a five star based on the quality for the price. There are more luxurious places, but one has to have to budget to afford same. I felt safe and there was privacy, yet a few blocks away were plenty of people for companionship. People were very friendly.

“Peaceful, luxurious and wonderfully authentic Mexican seaside to” We loved Puerto Morelos. It has a wide variety of terrific restaurants, great shopping, convenient and modern banking availability, all wrapped up in a small, friendly community that makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. Palma Real is an easy 10-minute walk to the center of town. We loved to stroll into town for shopping, drinks and dinner, then grab one of the abundant taxis in town for a ride home in the evening. Neville and Linda's Condo is exquisite. It's right on the beach and opens up to a beautiful infinity pool. The condo is very comfortable and features a great kitchen (though we used it only for breakfast and lunch. The restaurants in town are too tempting!). We had Carlos, the manager, pick us up at the airport and stock the place with groceries for us (he charges a very reasonable fee). Indeed, Carlos is a major attraction of Palma Real. He is very knowledgeable and conscientious. If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet, comfortable getaway, you'll find it here.

“perfect location” This is the best location for so many things. Located in a gated community made our family feel safe. Having teenage girls, they wanted some freedom, and we felt very comfortable letting them walk the few blocks to the small town of Puerto aventuras where they could grab a lunch, ice cream or just get away from the "old people". Conveniently close to the dolphins, either participating or just watching other people swim with the dolphins. The beach is as pretty as the pictures, and yes,, you are literally steps away from the pool and beach. It has got the be the best unit location in all the condos. As for the unit, everything was top notch: soft bedding, plenty of towels, and extra nice furnishings made for a first class stay. If you like to cook then the kitchen has all you need to make your meals, if you don't want to cook then you are only a few minutes walk to the town where there are some really good restaurants. If I come back to the area, I am staying in this place again. No need to risk trying any new place out when this one has everything we wanted.

“Another Wonderful Stay at Casa Price” We just enjoyed another relaxing week at Casa Price - our second visit in as many years. The house is great for our family, with two small children (4 year old, 6 month old). We were blessed with beautiful weather and enjoyed lots of beach time, plenty of naps, and regular walks to 5th avenue. Casa Price is a great home away from home and Rosa once again made our stay extra special.
