“The perfect Tulum Vacation House!!” Casa Rosa is truly a gem in paradise. We were a group 4 single adults who rose early to enjoy our beautiful breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the sea. The house is also perfectly suited for families and those with children. Immaculately clean and tidy, you can tell the owners put a lot of heart and soul into their charming abode. Casa Rosa has everything one would need: breezy spacious bedrooms, full kitchen w/ all appliances and utensils, clean fresh-water bathrooms, and plenty of big open space to chill and hangout, both in- and outdoors. The location is easy to access and close to most of Tulum's attractions, but also very private and secure. ...One of the most memorable vacations of my life, thanks to Casa Rosa!!

“Nice stay in Playa del Carmen” Had an excellent stay in this condo located in the 2nd floor of modern complex. Condo was very clean, well equipped and modern overlooking. Only the dish-washer would be welcomed. Rooms and balconies are large and spacious. Condo has its own parking lot (visible from balcony) - therefore absolutely no problem with parking. There is really enough to do in PDC and Yucatan - so the car rental is good option for the vacation! We got excellent service on place. Overall rating - great value for the money!

“100% satisfied, would definitely recommend this one” House is beautiful, owner Marco very helpfull and friendly, we brought our dog and had no problems. This house is amazing, art work, spacias, restfull, we love to explore but could'nt wait to get back to the house. We have done lots of rentals and would rate this one best.

“Wonderful vacation!” My apologies for this review taking me so long. My husband and I stayed here on our first trip to Cozumel and we left feeling like we had been there a million times. The staff were exceptional-so friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The condo itself is as special as the pictures-s cozy and comfortable. I can't imagine having a better view anywhere. Gorgeous sunsets every night and the snorkeling right off the wall in front of the condo was awesome. The information given to us from the owner was so helpful- it really made us feel that we knew where to find restaurants, etc that we may not have found on our own. I really can't say enough about how great our stay was! Thank you.

“Perfect place in paradise!” My wife, Marla, and I just returned form two weeks at Casa Colonial. We have been vacationing in Cozumel for many years. I found Casa Colonial by accident on a web search in 2000 when Bob and Sarah opened for business. From our very first visit "Bob and Sarah” made us feel at home. From the first time there we always felt safe in the area and the property is always in beautiful condition upon arrival. We visit at least once a year and over the years they have upgraded the amenities year after year. Compared to other locations on the island Casa Colonial is always ahead of the curve!! Sarah always updates us with what's new and gives us the right information on all local spots. We always love seeing all the turtles in the garden not to mention the "iguanas”! We love going to the "Lobster House” on each visit for the "best lobster anywhere”! Also enjoy the pleasure of visiting another restaurant nearby called "El Pique”! No matter where else we may travel, Marla and I are always looking forward to our next vacation at "Casa Colonial”! Thanks for everything Bob and Sarah

“Peaceful, luxurious and wonderfully authentic Mexican seaside to” We loved Puerto Morelos. It has a wide variety of terrific restaurants, great shopping, convenient and modern banking availability, all wrapped up in a small, friendly community that makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. Palma Real is an easy 10-minute walk to the center of town. We loved to stroll into town for shopping, drinks and dinner, then grab one of the abundant taxis in town for a ride home in the evening. Neville and Linda's Condo is exquisite. It's right on the beach and opens up to a beautiful infinity pool. The condo is very comfortable and features a great kitchen (though we used it only for breakfast and lunch. The restaurants in town are too tempting!). We had Carlos, the manager, pick us up at the airport and stock the place with groceries for us (he charges a very reasonable fee). Indeed, Carlos is a major attraction of Palma Real. He is very knowledgeable and conscientious. If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet, comfortable getaway, you'll find it here.

“perfect location” This is the best location for so many things. Located in a gated community made our family feel safe. Having teenage girls, they wanted some freedom, and we felt very comfortable letting them walk the few blocks to the small town of Puerto aventuras where they could grab a lunch, ice cream or just get away from the "old people". Conveniently close to the dolphins, either participating or just watching other people swim with the dolphins. The beach is as pretty as the pictures, and yes,, you are literally steps away from the pool and beach. It has got the be the best unit location in all the condos. As for the unit, everything was top notch: soft bedding, plenty of towels, and extra nice furnishings made for a first class stay. If you like to cook then the kitchen has all you need to make your meals, if you don't want to cook then you are only a few minutes walk to the town where there are some really good restaurants. If I come back to the area, I am staying in this place again. No need to risk trying any new place out when this one has everything we wanted.

“Another Wonderful Stay at Casa Price” We just enjoyed another relaxing week at Casa Price - our second visit in as many years. The house is great for our family, with two small children (4 year old, 6 month old). We were blessed with beautiful weather and enjoyed lots of beach time, plenty of naps, and regular walks to 5th avenue. Casa Price is a great home away from home and Rosa once again made our stay extra special.

“Outstanding” The condo is so much better than we could have ever expected. The kids said it was a "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous" condo, and I agree. Gorgeous three bedroom, every room looks out to the pristine blue ocean. I could sit on the balcony watching the cruise ships pass all day and night! Great pool, incredible service. Best scuba diving we've ever done. Five star accommodations.
