“perfect location” This is the best location for so many things. Located in a gated community made our family feel safe. Having teenage girls, they wanted some freedom, and we felt very comfortable letting them walk the few blocks to the small town of Puerto aventuras where they could grab a lunch, ice cream or just get away from the "old people". Conveniently close to the dolphins, either participating or just watching other people swim with the dolphins. The beach is as pretty as the pictures, and yes,, you are literally steps away from the pool and beach. It has got the be the best unit location in all the condos. As for the unit, everything was top notch: soft bedding, plenty of towels, and extra nice furnishings made for a first class stay. If you like to cook then the kitchen has all you need to make your meals, if you don't want to cook then you are only a few minutes walk to the town where there are some really good restaurants. If I come back to the area, I am staying in this place again. No need to risk trying any new place out when this one has everything we wanted.

“Outstanding” The condo is so much better than we could have ever expected. The kids said it was a "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous" condo, and I agree. Gorgeous three bedroom, every room looks out to the pristine blue ocean. I could sit on the balcony watching the cruise ships pass all day and night! Great pool, incredible service. Best scuba diving we've ever done. Five star accommodations.

“Even better the pictures/videos portrayed.” Sanda,Steve and the staff were very helpful from start to finish. We absolutely loved the house and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends. It is a beautiful Colonial home, decorated to a high standard and offers total privacy. This was our first visit to Mexico and were unsure what to expect. Merida is a fascinating, safe and friendly City and we will return soon, When we do we will return to Casablanca Living for sure. “Villa Luminosa” Big house with a lot of open area. 4 floors with the caretakers on the botton floor. Each bedroom was spacious and had its own bathroom. the snorkeling was great but it was a little tough to get over the rocks.

“the children talk about home at all” for the very time during our holidays abroad, the children didn't talk about home at all. Usually they do by the end of the holiday but they enjoyed Casa Caribena so much, they even wanted to stay longer! Especially since one night Lilly woke us up to tell a turtle was laying its eggs right in fromt of the house between the long chair and the small palm tree. We were so lucky to see this and our youngest son wanted to stay until the little turtles come out. We have 4 children aged between 13 and 19 and rented Casa Carbena for one week in july after having toured hrough Mexico for 2 weeks. Everyone could relax and the house was super! The house is so big we didn't know where the children were hanging out; one was reading on the roof top terrace, one was in the swimming pool, one was gaming in the hamac...and my husband and I had all the rest we looked for. Although we had planned some excursions, no one wanted to leave the house so we only visited the ruinas in Tulum and the Gran Cenote (which is really refreshing on a hot day). Lilly cooks superbly and the house and pool were very clean. This is very important to us as one of the children has cystic fibrosis and hygiene is extremely important. The children also went swimming every day in the bay and found the most beautiful big shells! For doing this you need snorkel equipment and the live jackets that are in the house.It was really a super week!!!
