“EXCELLENT FEW DAYS BREAK IN RYE” Sally B provided us with a very comfortable and charming apartment set in a period cottage and is a perfect location for all amenities the ancient town of Rye has to offer.There are many interesting sites to visit in and around Rye and eating out or take away restaurants are well catered for and within easy walking distance which made the Quarter House a perfect base for our stay. If we visit Rye in the future this will be our preferred accommodation..

“Great stay!” Easy booking and great contact from the owner. The caravan has everything you need for a comfortable and cosy stay. We stayed 2 nights with our 2 dogs and we all had a fantastic time and enjoyed the beach which is only a few minutes walk away. We will definitely be back for another stay. Thank you

“Fabulous location” Had a fabulous long weekend at the Piazza. The house is extremely clean and well appointed. Quality of crockery, bedding etc all very good. Some lovely touches throughout. Superb location with easy access to Eastbourne and surrounding area. Loved being by the water watching the boats and close to some good restaurants. Beds very comfortable. We have hired a lot of houses over the years and this certainly is one of the best we have stayed in.

“Tranquil flat right by the sea” It’s our second trip to Gull’s View and we enjoyed it very much both times. Excellent location right next to the beach at the St Leonard’s end of Hastings and though the road noise is pretty constant it’s still very calm in the flat. The light and view in the front room is worth the booking alone, but flat is very clean and well appointed - it has everything you need for a self catering holiday. Recommend watching the sun go down drinking wine at Goat Ledge in the evenings or their fried fish bap for lunch. If you’re vegan, tons to suit you in Hastings George St including Sham City Roasters, an adorable hideaway selling excellent vegan cake and lunches, as well as lovely traditional bakery in St Leonard’s opposite the Co-Op. we ate excellent pizza at Forte’s a few doors from the flat and the fish and chips were really good from the place next door. Would definitely visit again.

“Excellently equipped with every eventuality considered!” Three mums with three young boys and a baby were all beautifully catered for during a short half term stay at Mike and Jane's just recently! The house was fully equipped with nothing left out! The information in the advertisement is spot on, however the smaller details which have been well thought out and show consideration for guests' requirements make a difference and cannot be underestimated - such as a hair dryer, iron, cafetiere, to mention a few... you really want for nothing in this house! Perfectly and conveniently located minutes from the beach, small town of Pevensey with a decent selection of local shops and bus stop in either direction for Eastbourne or Hastings/Rye. The house is simply but most tastefully decorated and is clearly a home well looked after and maintained with care. We would certainly love to return in warmer weather to make the most of the conservatory and garden area!

“Heaven” I already fell in love with the apartment at Embassy Court when I saw the photos for the first time. After booking it I could hardly wait to get there. Often, when expectations are that high, you're going to be disappointed. Not so in this case. Everything was even better than expected. When I entered the apartment I was surrounded by light and brightness (I was really lucky with the weather!), and I immediately felt welcome and at home. I felt like this every single time I opened the door to the apartment, and I was looking forward to going "home" every day of my two-week stay. At this point I should perhaps mention that Brighton and Hove have so much to offer that you could stay there for weeks without wishing to get back inside. But Embassy Court is situated in the perfect spot, right between Brighton and Hove, and convenient to walk to every place you could imagine. Great restaurants, cafès, shops and supermarkets are literally just around the corner, as are bus stops and of course the beach! When you stay at Embassy Court you can enjoy the busy life in a great city and yet, within a minute, you can be up in heaven, in a peaceful and quiet apartment at eye level with the seagulls. The bathroom and kitchen are much bigger than you expect from the photos and extremely well equipped. Everything is new and shiny and spotlessly clean, and the whole apartment is very tastefully furnished. Sheets and towels are provided, and as I was staying for two weeks I was even offered a fresh set of towels for the second week. And the bed was very, very comfortable! The giant flatscreen TV is much better than the one we have at home and allows you to watch hundreds of channels. Theoretically, because in practice you will only want to look outside and enjoy the amazing sea view! By the way, most reviews forget to mention that there is also a fabulous view over Brighton and Hove from the rear! What also made staying at this apartment such a joy was the fact that the whole booking, arriving and checking-in-process was so simple, and dealing with the owner, Olivia, was always a pleasure. She responds to every question you might have within hours or even minutes and is extremely friendly. The same is true for Haley who greeted me on arrival and showed me around. Thank you both very much! I could go on for hours praising the apartment, but who wants to read such long reviews? There is only one last thing I would like to point out: the apartment is also heaven for everybody who is interested in modern architecture. Embassy Court is a landmark of Modernist architecture which has been restored to its original beauty only recently. It's a joy just to walk through the gorgeous entrance door, and if you let yourself in for it, a stay at Embassy Court can even take you back in time. Heaven indeed!

“Brilliant Base for Brighton” Great location just outside of central Brighton. Only 5 mins walk to the nearest bus stop and train station. The place itself is amazing. Everything in it is practically brand new. The rooms are very nice and well furnished. Kitchen was well supplied and beds were very comfortable even the fold out sofa.

“Excellent location in Brighton” This basement flat was in an excellent location in Brighton, being only a couple of minutes walk to the seafront and five minutes from the main attractions, shops and restaurants. There was a bus stop outside the gate to the railway station. The flat was we'll decorated, had two TV's and the bed was very comfy. The free wifi was very handy too. Carl, the owner, was very helpful and answered all our queries promptly.
