“Peaceful, relaxing stay at Casa Vanernak” This was our second year in a row coming to Curacao as we have fallen in love with this island. This year we stayed at Casa Vandernak and it was a perfect choice. My wife and I, my parents and one of their friend all enjoyed the spaciousness, cleanliness, comfortable beds and modern kitchen that this condo provided. The highlight was being able to have our meals, and specifically morning coffee, out on the deck as we looked upon the beautiful flowers, the ocean and its great breeze, and the listened and watched the birds. We had a couple minor issues with the condo and the maintenance person was prompt in addressing the concerns. The only issue that could not be resolved was the fact that there was construction behind the condo going on and barking dogs late at night, but this was only a minor problem. I would rent this condo again without reservation and we hated to leave. A few more positives about Casa Vanernak and Curacao. Casa Vanernak is ideal in that it's only a 2 minute walk to a serviceable grocery store (you can get fresh squeezed orange juice) and a modern fitness center that you can pay for by the day or week. Another minute walk past the grocery store and fitness center puts you at the papagayo beach and shops/Jan Thiel beach. This is a wonderful beach, although not great snorkeling, and we loved the infinity, sea water pool at papagayo. While you don't have to have a car, we find that to really take in the island a car is a must. We love to swim and snorkel so we really enjoyed mambo beach (just down the road) and blue beach (about a 30-minute drive). Both of these places had great snorkeling, were nice to sun bathe on, and had very serviceable places to eat at. We also loved going into Williamsted and this year went to visit the synagogue, which was an incredible experience. I personally loved going to the cigar store in Punda, which had a wide variety of Cuban cigars. Finally going to the Blue Curacao liquor company is a fun outing and shouldn't be missed. So now we are back in cold New England in the united states and wishing we were back in beautiful Curacao! Until next year Curacao and thank you Berge for the wonderful vacation.

“Super Holiday” We stayed in Casacuracao for three weeks and had a wonderfull time. The terras is fantastic and the view marvelous! A very nice place for children, with a big swimmingpool. The appartment is top located, near Mambobeach and it even has a magnificiant private beach. The house is very well accommedated.
