About the property VIEWS OVER AND A STONE'S THROW FROM THE PICTURESQUE VILLAGE This stunning house commands prime location on the outskirts and with views of, the picture postcard village of Mevagissey. A short walk down the drive and you are in the heart of this unspoilt Cornish fishing village, that still has strong links to its roots. Should you tear yourself away from the property, Truro is a short drive and offers a cathedral and narrow cobbled streets and a wealth of shops, restaurants and a theatre, showing both local and international talent. Leisure facilities: the hidden gem is an enclosed solar heated outdoor swimming pool, that has shared usage with the owner and open mid May until mid September weather permitting. The accommodation offers EIGHT bedrooms: all spacious and with TV, Freeview and en-suite shower and WC. 4 of the bedrooms, 3 double rooms and 1 twin bedroom offering uninterrupted sea views over the picture-postcard village and a further 4 bedrooms including 3 doubles and 1 twin. Offering 2 lounges both with ample comfy seating, TV, DVD, Freeview and both enjoying the stunning views. Dining room: again enjoying the views and offers enough space for everyone to sit together, or for the tables to be separated to have a smaller intimate setting. Kitchen: extremely well-equipped and offers large gas cooker with hobs, extractor fan, separate grill, dishwasher, 2 microwaves, 2 large fridges and chest freezer. Utility room: laundry room with large washing machine and tumble dryer.
