“Perfect apartment, perfect location” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, This is a beautiful, spotlessly clean, fully equipped apartment in a quiet location. The beds are extremely comfortable, rooms are light and airy with plenty of storage space. The patio is great for morning coffee or al fresco dining. We had a couple of rainy mornings but the children were more than happy with a selection of dvds, board games and pool. The beach, shops and restaurants are all within easy walking distance and a land train runs regularly from Boscombe Pier to Bournemouth and Southbourne so driving really isn't necessary. All in all a wonderful apartment in an ideal location made this the perfect stress free holiday. We will be back, Thank you Jo.

“Fantastic apartment” Had a wonderful 4 days in this great apartment, nice and clean and well equipped. Great view of the beach from the balcony. The owner Brian was there to greet me on arrival and show you around the apartment and explain everything you need to know. Even though your in an apartment block it was very quiet and relaxing. “Family weekend” Excellent option for our family weekend. Central location with all you need on your doorstep. Images do not do this property any justice. Great lounge area , kitchen space with three good sized bedrooms. Owners savvy enough to provide good quality throughout alongside TV/Sky/ PlayStation and built-in audio options and wifi. View of the Cathedral whilst having a social wine or two will be long remembered.

“Excellent” The Crows Nest is an extremely clean and comfortable apartment with fantastic views over the harbour - makes your morning cup of tea in bed a real treat! The owners could not have been more helpful with lots of information about where to go and what to see. St Mawes is a great location from which to explore the area which is beautiful and there is a good shop and several good restaurants/pubs in the village so you can also just relax and not take the car out! There are regular boats to Falmouth and the Museum there is well worth a visit. Lovely walks/beaches and gardens to visit so something for all ages - we would not hesitate to recommend this lovely apartment .

“Seaescape” Lovely flat with fabulous views and great location. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. One or two niggles, the heating didn’t come on and so it was a bit cold this time of the year. The cafetier was broken and it took a. Couple of days to realize the TV in the living room was switched off at some kind of additional control on the adaptor plug. However would definitely go back.
