“Mrs” Beautifully decorated, clean and comfy cottage. Perfect for 2 people. Good shower and comfortable bed. Host, Ian, could not have been more helpful. Good location for Polzeath, Rock, Daymer Bay and Wadebridge. No wifi but that might be just what you need!

“Amazing from start to fisnish” Beautiful cottage stored with everything you could possibly need to feel at home. Exactly the peaceful break we were after! We have just come back from the cottage and we miss it already! Lisa and Mike very friendly welcoming and always available to help throughout our stay! We hope to come back again some time. Definitely would recommend.

“Welcoming hosts and excellent accommodation” We stayed for a week in May with our toddler, who absolutely loved roaming the farm and seeing the horses, pigs and chickens. Our hosts were really accommodating and the welcoming basket was gratefully received! The location of the farm is excellent, we enjoyed trips to various beaches, the South Devon Railway and Paignton Zoo. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting a peaceful location, but with amenities not too far away!

“Relaxing and luxurious accommodation” The barn was everything we hoped for. We had a fabulous stay here and would recommend it. We had a warm welcome from Michelle, the owners son who was more than happy to answer any questions. The wood burner, underfloor heating and fabulous bathroom made our stay extremely comfortable. There is only one bathroom so this is definitely accommodation for family rather than sharing with friends. The barn is slightly too far to walk to the nearest beach but generally its a great location for restaurants and the ferry to salcombe. There is no wardrobe as such to hang clothes and no sign of an iron. The king bed mattress was not as comfortable as the twin beds and make sure you bring your own milk and tea/coffee before you arrive for that first drink after a long journey. Overall we had a great time here and would definitely recommend to friends.

“Beautiful surroundings. Very friendly. Great Cream Tea. Lovely Cottage. 5*” The service from Mary all the way through from the booking process, to arrival and departure was excellent. A very friendly a talented lady who makes excellent scones and jam to accompany the much needed cuppa on your arrival. When we entered the property I made sure to take some piccies (before our stuff exploded everywhere) to show friends and family as everything was well kept, very clean and modern. It does not disapoint in the slightest. The benefit of having two shower rooms was that my 6ft 2" husband could use the down stairs wet room as he was a little too tall for the upstairs shower, I however had no problems at all :) Being 8 months pregnant I didn't explore much of the local area by foot but everything was an easy drive, with ample parking in the village. I would reccomend a trip to the village green grocers and tea rooms, and the Chippy (don't walk back with your food though as it will be cold).
