“Perfect location- excellent accommodation” Just returned from a week on gower, which has some of the best beaches in the UK. The accommodation was good equipped to house 3 adults and one child, with a walking path starting right behind the Leisure park. Even though I was a bit limited in walking(ruptured tendon) the beach was in a distance I manage to go to every day; it would normally not take more than 5 minutes to reach Oxwich bay. If you do your shopping on the way, you don't have to move the car at all for a couple of days and can enjoy your holiday by just walking along the coast. We did quite a lot of cooking and we found everything needed in the kitchen. So, we were very happy with the location and the accommodation! Thank you so much to the owner, who was very responsive as well. Highly recommended!

“Relax and rejuvenate in style” This is a lovely stylish cottage with an amazing view out over Freshwater East beach. The interiors reminded me of a New England beach house. The cottage offers every home comfort and the quality of fixtures and fittings is 5 star. The owners are friendly and helpful and provided a welcome tray which was very thoughtful. The cottage is ideally located for the Coastal trail. The Stackpole Inn is a wonderful place to eat locally. You are also only 10 miles from Tenby and all it has to offer. I can honestly say that it was one the most enjoyable UK holidays I have taken. I would highly recommend the location and Portclew Cottage. I am already trying to book a return visit next year.

“Home from home” First stay at this excellent property although already booked again for next year which really says it all. Comfortable property in beautiful part of Wales and well equipted with everything you could wish for. Ice cream factory in Tywyn well worth a visit and in the words of my 10 year old son the best ice cream I have ever tasted!

“Wonderful accommodation” We liked the bungalow and had a good week despite the weather. The bungalow is very well equipped, spacious and very clean. The kitchen is brand new and has everything you need, including a very large American style fridge. The accommodation has the added bonus of having WIFI. The bathroom needs updating at some point but otherwise, the bungalow is spot on. The weather prevented us from using the back garden and BBQ, which is very well kept and has plenty of seats and tables. There are sea views from the front patio. The park staff were very friendly and the shop owner baked us croissants and french sticks to order. Sandra, the property owner, kept us very well informed at all stages of the booking process and provided lots of photo's of the bungalow for us to view prior to our holiday. The beach is a stones throw away and the fish and chips on the sea front are excellent. The village reataurant (Smugglers Haunt) is expensive but the food is very good, even though the portions are small. Try out Rhossili and Llanngenith beaches for body boarding - amazing!

“Had a great time” We stayed in this lovely banglow for four nights at the beginning of Sep. It sits in a quiet location with very little through traffic. It was comfortable like home from home. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The sofas in the sitting room are very comfortable. I like the blackout curtain in the bunk bed bedroom and my kids slept really well. We visited some local parks in the area. Overall i would highly recommend this place for a comfortable relaxing holiday.

“Amazing, luxurious bungalow in the heart of Saundersfoot.” This holiday bungalow is very well designed and luxurious throughout. The pictures do not do it justice, as you just can't tell how spacious it actually is. Our party consisted of two mums and 6 children and at no time did the bungalow feel crowded. The huge breakfast bar with comfortable bar stools was a big hit & made meal times with 6 children so easy! The hot tub was also fantastic, especially when the weather was so cold. When the sun decided to shine, the lounge was lovely and warm, with sunlight pouring in through the atrium roof and the very large patio doors & windows. The views of the sea and the valley were lovely, especially at night when the lights came on. The garden was large and sloping,with a patio and decking also large enough for the children to play on. Although the weather was so cold, the light & airy living space felt warm & cosy when the heavy curtains and blinds were pulled. We didn't use the log burner, though it looked great. All bedrooms were beautifully decorated and had ample storage space. The only way this holiday cottage could have been improved is by providing towels- something to be expected from 5 stat property.

“Wonderful” Absolutely loved this place. We stayed at swallow cottage which was lovely and had the most stunning views. We took our grandchildren and they loved it. Ann and Michael go out of their way for you and Anne makes homemade jam and chutneys. We bought some to bring home. We had such a beautiful time we’ve booked again for Easter next year. “Great location and house!” We stayed here on a family break. The house was amazing and had been newly refurbished to a very good standard. There were 6 adults, 2 children and a dog - and still plenty of room. The beach at benllech is a short walk. We will definitely be returning this spring!

“Great accommodation” On our arrival at 49 GHV, we were welcomed by a box of chocolates, Welsh cakes, fresh milk and an information pack which we felt was a very thoughtful and personal touch . On further investigation we found that there were also other Items such as tea, coffee and hot chocolate, which after our long journey was much appreciated. We found the accommodation to be homely, spacious, clean and very well equipped with all the essentials and more (They had even included things like beach chairs, picnic blankets, ice packs, toys, games, books and DVD's) to make our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. After our long days out exploring the beautiful Gower, it was a lovely place to return to, to relax ready for the next days adventures! We would certainly recommend this chalet as a lovely place to stay and found it to be in easy reach of all the places and attractions that we wanted to visit. It was also located next to a very well stocked shop, great chip shop and lovely pub. We had a truly fantastic holiday - Thank you.

“Beautiful Beach Getaway” Wonderful accommodation, spacious and practical. Just a short walk to the dog-friendly beach. Well placed for all the outdoor activities on offer: kite surfing is popular at Black Rock Sands, mountain biking at Beddgelert, zip-wires at Blenau Festiniog (or Bethesda), walking in Snowdonia. Or relax on The Highland Railway from Portmadog, or a leisurely walk to Borth y Gest.

“Good solid warm bungalow” This three bedroom bungalow gave us all we could need, good access to town with a bit of an incline to keep us fit. Dog friendly, warm and a good size. You can argue the décor is dated but clean, warm and location were our priority.

“Excellent Family and Dog Friendly Bungalow” We enjoyed a fabulous week at this beautiful, modern, dog friendly bungalow. Ideally situated for seeing our family but also a few minutes walk from Moelfre Beach, the Kinmel Arms, Village Shop and Coastal Cafe ( fish and chips). Lligwy beach a lovely half hour walk away along coastal path, or 5 min by car. Well equipped, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Owners and manager extremely friendly and approachable. Would definitely rent again thank you.
