“Stunning lodge, like a home from home” This lodge definitely has the wow factor and Joanne went the extra mile to make it even more accommodating with tea/coffee/milk, toilettries, robes for the hot tub, towels etc. Absolutely blown away by the views too. I was with 6 friends at a festival and some of them barely saw any bands and chose to relax at the lodge for most of the weekend instead. It was an amazing retreat and I will definitely look at booking again both with friends and also a getaway with my children who I know will love it just as much. It was also an ideal distance from the stages... not noisy at all with the rest of the festival goers, yet still within easy walking distance. The only issue we had was that on the 2nd day, the hot tub needed refilling. The maintenance guy came to do it and asked us to keep an eye on water levels as it was expected to take about 3 hours to refill. 8 hours later it was only about a quarter full so we ended up doing runs from the kitchen tap to the tub with the mop bucket. 25 buckets full later and we were good to go but the water wasn't up to teperature again until the next day. Minor detail though on what was otherwise a perfect lodge, in the most beautiful location with an excellent host who made our stay very welcoming. 5 stars for Joanne!

“Fantastic accomodation!!!!!” Stayed in Llandudno many times and this property tops the list.... the house was clean and spacious, well equipped and the kids loved 'their floor'. (Top floor had own kitchen and tv) great location for the town centre and no problem parking either. The owner left plenty of tea/coffee and chocolate for the kids. Great to communicate with too. I really can't fault it!!!!! 5☆☆☆☆☆ all the way. Now comes with wi-fi too.... lovely house... the Babb/Jordi's

“Great cabin and amazing scenery” Booked 2 nights last minute. Cabin had everything we needed, was clean with lots of extras (wine, chocs, dvds and games) and host was very good with communication. Sits is lovely, shop with necessities, great park for children, tree swings and amazing views. Visited Barmouth, Llangollen and Llanberis all lovely

“Great escape!!” The house is fabulous, plenty of space & very comfortable! The balcony from the lounge gave us a fabulous sheltered spot to enjoy the sun & admire the view across the bay. 5mins from the beach & coastal walk, so great location for us - fair to say we didn’t want to leave!

“Cottage with beautiful views” Jasmine cottage was perfectly located for a stay in Llangollen. The owners were extremely helpful and contactable via text and email - the list of recommended walks was really useful. The cottage was spacious and well thought out with all the bedrooms having an ensuite. The only thing I found a little disappointing was that not all areas had been cleaned thoroughly - the cottage would benefit from having a deep clean. Also, the use of a DVD player would have been useful during inclement weather (particularly those of us with young children to entertain). All in all, we had a pleasant stay at the cottage which acted as a great base - beautifully situated for exploring the local area, with it's many activities and numerous places to eat & drink. I would definitely recommend it to others.

“Perfect location” Fantastic couple of days in countryside location. Great facilities, spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly need. Lovely hosts, very welcoming. South facing views from the deck, stunning vista!! Would recommend to anyone wanting peace and quiet.. Will be returning !!
