“Great Condo in Williamsburg” Stayed during school vacation week..The wait/line for check in was awful (2 plus hours) There are more sales people than reservation help. But it was worth the wait. Stayed in a 1 bedroom remodeled unit. Everything was very clean. The resort supplied dish soap kitchen sponge, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent. (not commonly supplied by other condo rentals) Great amenities gym, pool, mini golf, tennis, two free arcade rooms, and a small movie theater $2 fee pp.and current movie DVD rentals for $2 per night. The location was so close to Colonial Williamsburg. If you forgot anything there is a K Mart within walking distance.

“Dream Vacation Home” We had the best vacation this September in a long time and of course the best reason is our comfortable stay at Kimberly's apartment. The apartment is right on the bay, located in a nice, clean and friendly residential neighborhood. When we arrived, we were greeted with fresh flowers and a fruit basket on the dining table. Kimberly even placed bottled water in the refrigerator, a huge tank of fresh water in the dining space, tons of ice cubes in the freezer and chocolates in the bedroom - which my kid really loved. The apartment was super clean and we never felt lack of anything during our entire stay. We cooked at home without any hassle as we were provided with a gas grill, oven, and a huge collection of spices and other cooking accessories. We enjoyed everyday of our stay, we saw sunrise on the bay from our living room window and the porch. We went to a clean and quiet private beach nearby which was a walking distance of 5 minutes from the house. Kimberly even provided us with lots of beach toys for our toddler, beach chairs, umbrella and towels. At night we sat in the porch or on the lawn, listened to the waves crashing on the rocks, and enjoyed star gazing...ooh I miss that so much now. Kimberly also gifted us a basket of home grown delicious tomatoes the evening before we left Hampton and she also returned the security deposit the very next day. Thank you so much Kimberly for making our stay so wonderful and memorable. It is a perfect vacation house with the nicest host and will highly recommend - and we are definitely going back again next year.

“Absolutely perfect!” This is our first time in Virginia Beach and we love it a lot. The location is amazing, a few minutes from the beach. The house is very clean, spacious and cozy. Much better in life than on the pictures. The kitchen is fully stocked. Flay screen TVs in the living room and in the master bedroom. Everything you need in the house is provided even the bath towels. The owners are very friendly and helpfull. We love absolutely everything. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Virginia Beach!

“Perfect for our family of 14 - ages 1 through 65.” This was our first experience renting a house during a family vacation. It was absolutly wonderful. Patricia was so helpful and patient with all of my question which were often and many. The house was big enough to hold us all and give us places to share together playing cards and talking and places to retreat as needed. We were close to things we needed like the grocery store. There was a bus stop in front of the house and many others within walking distance. We had three cars and a small U-Haul and all could be parked at the house free. The drive to the metro was a pleasant one. I would recommend this house to anyone taking their family to the Washington DC area. Thanks Patricia for everything!

“Beautiful beach house made for an unforgettable beach vacation!!” We had the most wonderful vacation at Sea La Vie. Elena was amazing to work with right from the start, very responsive and made sure that no detail was overlooked. The house itself is gorgeous - so beautifully decorated, had everything we needed for a perfect stay, and really felt like home. Even when it rained one day, we didn't mind because the house was so cozy and we had a great time, even inside! We really enjoyed our time on the beach and couldn't have asked for a better location. Just a few steps and we were on the gorgeous beach! It is towards the quieter side of the beach, yet less than a mile from the boardwalk. We frequently walked to the boardwalk right along the beach, it was wonderful! There is also an awesome state park within a 5 minute walk that we visited. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better vacation and can't wait to return!

“Great views in a very clean, comfortable cabin in the woods.” We truly enjoyed our too-brief stay in Grand View cabin. The views from the family room as well as from the deck are amazing. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was spotlessly clean and neat. We can't wait to come back again.

“Acorn Hill” House was very clean and well equipped. Owners were exceptional in assisting us with a very minor issue. Beds were comfortable. House was centrally located, short drive to area attractions. Wish there was a view of the river but the sunrises were beautiful!
