Vilamoura is a year-round resort famous for its world-class golf facilities, beautiful sandy Falesia Beach and lively marina with restaurants, bars, shops and casino, all within five minutes drive. For the children are aquatic parks nearby plus the Zoomarine. In the evening or during the day take the little road train to the marina and beach or walk the 15 minutes down to the yachting marina with its restaurants and cafes serving a variety of seafoods, fresh sardines being the speciality, plus exotic ice-creams and just sit and watch the world go by.
