“Mrs” Giorgio was amazing, so helpful and kind. The apartment was in a great location, perfectly situated by a water taxi stop and within easy walking distance of all the sights of Venice, lots of restaurants and a supermarket. We can't wait to go back!

“Rooftop splendour” This is my second visit to the apartment and I have just spent two weeks here - very spacious, very comfortable and in a great central location. It is obvious that this was the owners former family home as it has everything you need and is beautifully looked after. It's crowning glory is the large rooftop terrace, on two levels, overlooking the Rialto Bridge, Grand Canal and a 360 view of the rooftops of Venice - viewing sunsets from the terrace is a glorious experience. Al fresco dining on the lower terrace and comfortable seating and sun beds on the top terrace. The only downside are the 91 stairs to get to the apartment, as it is on the top floor, so it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues or very small children. For the rest of us it isn't an issue. The owner is absolutely lovely and provides a warm welcome by meeting you on arrival, helping with luggage and providing a starter pack of necessities in the fridge. She is always available for advice on where to eat, things to do and will arrange things for you. Brilliant service in a very lovely apartment. Highly recommend.

“Quality apartment with stunning views” We enjoyed a wonderful anniversary break at the Waterfront Apartment. Booking was easy and the owner, Giorgio, was very quick to respond to our enquiries. The apartment was very well equipped and we were provided with a welcome basket containing basic groceries, together with coffee, sugar, oils, condiments etc etc. The furnishings were very comfortable and in good order and there were lots of interesting books, ornaments and works of art. The view from the sitting room & bedroom was fantastic - you could almost be on a boat. The location of the apartment was very good - the supermarket was within easy walking distance as were the main attractions, with two water-bus stops a short stroll away. There were lots of good restaurants within a short walk and we spent most of our time wandering around admiring the scenery. One of the best parts of our stay was sitting on the small balcony adjoining the bedroom drinking a glass of wine and watching the world go by on the water - perfect!
