“Highly recommended” This is a delightful holiday home. The owners have equipped it to a very high standard and everything you could want is to hand. The layout of the house is good and there is a lovely seating area in the courtyard to the rear. One of the nicest features of the property though is the lovely (covered) roof terrace which is a perfect place for drinks/eating. The house is set in a lovely development with nice restaurants/bars within walking distance. There are many great places to visit within easy driving distance and you can access excellent beaches very easily. John and Carol, the owners, are extremely helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

“Relaxing Villa” We had an amazing two week holiday here early September &.agree with other reviews - the pictures do not give this lovely Villa justice! From entering the gate to see the lovely pool definitely has the wow factor! The Villa is really well appointed, clean & comfortable with so much space. The beds are comfy with the added benefit of an en-suite for the double & a main bathroom with a brilliant shower. The Kitchen has all of the appliances you could wish for & the WiFi works in all inside & outside parts of the Villa! Outside there are 4 places you can sit - if you want shade there is the comfy sofas to the side, for sun the pool, the wee courtyard at the back & the wonderful roof terrace beautifully lit up at night with cute fairy lights and gorgeous views overlooking the La Marquesa golf course during the day. Approximately 10 minute stroll down the road there are a variety of restaurants & bars to choose from - we had our favourites & we are sure you will choose yours! Just one tip if you hire a car definitely park it in the drive by the Villa the .traffic comes down the hill quite fast so we did not risk parking our car outside! Before we went we had a few queries which were promptly answered by Nicole & James we highly recommend this Villa & would love to visit again.

“Breathtaking views and spacious holiday retreat” Stayed in Tim's fabulous home this summer with our family and grandparents. The views from the terrace and house are truly stunning!!! The house has everything you need x 2 and is perfect for two families or a large group due to the two lounges, two dining rooms and two kitchens. We spent most of our time in the Naya with the outdoor kitchen, bbq and electric grills/pans. Some tunes and a disc light made it Cafe del Mar tastic. I fully recommend this spacious home, the drive is steep and I parked the car at the bottom. There's a few steps but this helped work off the tapas and is all worth it for the view. Couple of mins to El Portet beach and 5 mins into town. Some bars and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. I'd certainly return!!!

“lovley and quiet” we spent Christmas here to have a break from the usual boring Christmas at home...the villa is amazing so much room and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need although it says car not necessary I would recommend one..some of .the shops and bars are quite close others quite a walk but if you want to go further away like Alicante and santa pola its easier to have a car than having to rely on buses...Alicante city is an hour on the bus and santa pola about 20 minuets away...if you have young children then the rio safari park is a great place to take them. one thing though the tv upstairs you can only watch dvds on there is a sky box but we never managed to get it to work although we did call novadesta about this but still no tv,but then again we wasn't there to watch tv...the restaurant in the square called get fresh is a lovley place to eat we had our Christmas dinner there and went back the next day for my sons birthday they were really lovley people and great with the kids

“Great villa.” Stayed here for a week with family, including 2 toddlers. Villa has everything you need, the pool bring the star attraction! Great location with plenty eating places and supermarkets nearby. Thanks to Tracey & Ash for the pick up & drop off at the airport, and Ash for driving us to Alicante one evening. Great service. Would definitely recommend a stay at Villa Moria.

“Cabo Roig stay.” We had a lovely time here in Cabo Roig despite the torrential rain. The place was lovely and clean. It had everything we needed and had pretty Spanish charm. The pool was lovely with lots of greenery around it. Close to amenities but quiet and close to the beach. I would definitely visit again. Good value for money.
