“Highly recommended” This is a delightful holiday home. The owners have equipped it to a very high standard and everything you could want is to hand. The layout of the house is good and there is a lovely seating area in the courtyard to the rear. One of the nicest features of the property though is the lovely (covered) roof terrace which is a perfect place for drinks/eating. The house is set in a lovely development with nice restaurants/bars within walking distance. There are many great places to visit within easy driving distance and you can access excellent beaches very easily. John and Carol, the owners, are extremely helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

“Breathtaking views and spacious holiday retreat” Stayed in Tim's fabulous home this summer with our family and grandparents. The views from the terrace and house are truly stunning!!! The house has everything you need x 2 and is perfect for two families or a large group due to the two lounges, two dining rooms and two kitchens. We spent most of our time in the Naya with the outdoor kitchen, bbq and electric grills/pans. Some tunes and a disc light made it Cafe del Mar tastic. I fully recommend this spacious home, the drive is steep and I parked the car at the bottom. There's a few steps but this helped work off the tapas and is all worth it for the view. Couple of mins to El Portet beach and 5 mins into town. Some bars and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. I'd certainly return!!!

“Great villa.” Stayed here for a week with family, including 2 toddlers. Villa has everything you need, the pool bring the star attraction! Great location with plenty eating places and supermarkets nearby. Thanks to Tracey & Ash for the pick up & drop off at the airport, and Ash for driving us to Alicante one evening. Great service. Would definitely recommend a stay at Villa Moria.

“Exceeded Expectations” We recently stayed at Casa Diaz for a family holiday and were absolutely delighted by the villa. It was extremely clean and tidy, as well as being very spacious, homely, and extremely well equipped. Although the photographs clearly demonstrated that the property was very nice, on arrival we were blown away by it. As well as being beautiful, and having a great position, it had everything you could need.....from a fully equipped kitchen including both china and plastic plates and cups for the kids, to a safe, and blankets and quilts if you need them. The owners also let us know the property was available early on the day we arrived and were always on hand to help with any questions we had. This is a first rate property and I'd have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.

“Great villa and base for golfers” 8 of us stayed for a week in October and wasn't disappointed. Everything was perfect - easy to get to from the airport, villa layout, accommodation, outside eating, weather (even late October!), a few good golf courses in the area, Moraira town, bars, restaurants, beach ... the list goes on. Everyone of us who went said we would do it again next year. Thanks to our hosts, and will be in touch soon.

“Wow, what a wonderful place for a family holiday.” The villa was everthing and more than we expected with something for all ages of our party of ten ranging from grand parents to grandchildren. The pool area was quite fabulous and recent work meant that the pool could easily be supervised from anywhere in the property. The villa itself was like home from home with all the bits and bobs you have to go out and buy on your first shop. We had expected to tour the area but found we only dragged ourselves away for a few evening meals in Moraira. All in all everyone in our party had a fabulous weeks holiday. P.S. the owners could not have been more helpful and friendly suggesting places to eat and other services in the area.

“Fabulous holiday in a spacious villa with private pool and stunning views” The villa is in a great location, easy directions to get to from the airport. The town and local amenities were only five minutes drive with a good selection of shops and resturants. The local beach is sandy and ideal for young children. Oliva also has a great golf course and spa only 10 minutes drive away from the villa. The train service was excellent with an easy train journey into historic Valencia. We were very surprised how lovely the weather was in March and would thoroughly recommend going at that time of year for a spring break.

“Fantastic accommodation in a great location” We had a fantastic stay over New Year. The location is perfect - a short walk to the Javea Arenal, where you can enjoy a beautiful beach, sophisticated bars and outstanding restaurants. The Arenal is lively yet never overcrowded, and is always spotless. The port is also within walking distance, along the seafront. The accommodation was the perfect size for the 6 of us, and very clean. The terrace is a lovely little sun trap, and the pool area is beautiful (although it was a little chilly for us to use it!). The bathrooms are large and modern. Anna and Lee were fantastic and were very responsive to our questions before and whilst at the accommodation. I'd definitely stay here again - a gorgeous place in a fantastic location.
