“Well equipment,clean and perfect location downtown Moab.” My only complaint would be better direction as to the location of the unit. We arrived very late and had a difficult time finding our unit. Need to inform guests that there are units located inside the complex.

“Perfect family getaway” Road to Moab was extremely comfortable, clean and spacious. Owners were responsive and nice. Out of congestion in the main part of town, but not too far for taking advantage of Parks, supermarket and restaurants. Nice grill. Could have used better knives and a garlic press. Problem with the smoke detector was quickly resolved by a call to maintenance (I only mention as a positive!) Would definitely book again.

“Very Comfortable Stay” The condo was very nice and well equipped. We didn't really make any meals there except breakfast, but it seemed that there were plenty of pots & pans, dishes, glassware, etc. I think the living room and dining are would be a bit small for more than 4 people, but I'm sure others have made it work. Since there was only 2 of us, we only really used the master bedroom and bath, The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room in the bathroom. Didn't have any problem with hot water. All the rooms were nicely decorated and each bedroom as well as the living room had a TV (largest ones in the master and living room) The washer & dryer were convenient, allowing us to pack less. The location is about 5 minutes or so from town so you do have to drive to restaurants, but it's not a big deal. We'd stay again if in the area.
