“Old Mammoth Charm” My family and I booked a last minute trip to Mammoth. The owner was very easy going and made the last minute rrip quite easy. We only needed two rooms, but the 2 rooms and a loft gave us lots of room to play in, which of course the kids loved. Kitchen had everything we needed. My husband loved the wood burning stove which came with lots of wood and kindling and kept the unit nice and cozy for eveybody. Big screen tvs were a bonus, as well as the game cabinet. It snowed while we were there and the boys loved being able to play just outside the door in the new fallen snow. At first I hesitated because I wanted a ski on/ski off location to make it easier to deal with the kids. However, after staying at the unit, I would do so again. And it is big enough to even invite friends with kids to join us. The drive to any of the lodges is quite short. We drove each day to Main Lodge (the furthest lodge away) and it was not a problem at all.

“Mom's 80th Birthday Celebration!” Thank you for the use of your lovely home for us to celebrate our Mother's 80th birthday! The scenery was beautiful, the neighborhood was awesome but most importantly the view out of the living room was spectacular. The house was comfy and you made our arrival more than welcome. Thank you for the lovely welcome basket...We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again.

“Our Family Had the Best Time Ever!!” My family and I had the best time in Mammoth while we stayed at your beautiful Treehouse-II condo. The place accommodated the 16 of us very well and we enjoyed all the amenities. Being so close to The Village was so convenient, the beds were very comfortable, having 4 bathrooms was extremely helpful as you can imagine, the kitchen had everything we needed, the appliances were very nice. The place was very clean and comfortable. We we would love to come back to Mammoth and stay at the same place if possible. Thank you!!

“A million miles away and still in the center of everything” From the moment we arrived the tranquility of the area started penetrating right on down to the bone. It was so quiet and peaceful it was like being a million miles away from everywhere and yet dining shopping and grocery stores were literally just minutes away. Morning coffee on the second floor sun-drenched deck was a joy to look forward to each morning. Did I mention evenings in the hot tub also on the deck? We didn't cook much but did have friends over to BBQ (nice BBQ too by the way) a couple of times. I have never seen a more fully stocked kitchen with every utensil imaginable in numbers that would accommodate an army. The on-site caretakers were always friendly and helpful, but you hardly knew they were there because they were so quiet and nonintrusive. All in all it was a great place to stay. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

“Peaceful and Private Setting with Spectacular Setting” My family stayed at Karla's rental unit in Snowcreek for a week in August (2018) before sending our twins off to college. We were hoping to have a quiet getaway that would serve as a restful base for day trips into the Eastern Sierras. This lovely rental unit served that purpose and more. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and convenient. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils and appliances; living room, bedrooms, and the loft are equipped with comfortable beds; the living area has a very comfortable leather sectional sofa, and there are high-quality, big-screen televisions in the living room and bedrooms. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony (mountain views), and our dog loved running through the beautiful common areas outside. Our family was amazed at the care and attention given to landscaping (everything was so green), yet we felt like we were in the middle of a high sierra forest. Karla (our host) was attentive and handled everything efficiently. Our family has traveled extensively (with our dog), and Karla's unit in Snowcreek ranks near the very top of our list for comfort, privacy, and beauty. Highly recommend!

“scenic location,very relaxing, quiet, short walking distance to” The cabin is located just across the street from Big Bear Lake with a great view of the water and boating activities. That's what we like. There is a long front porch to just sit and relax. Inside the cabin (more like a home) are all the comforts any one would need for a week end or a week, Plenty of room with modern conveniences. We can walk to town in about 7 minutes. This was our second stay here and we look forward to coming back soon.
