“Excellent” This was our second stay at Villa Iris. The owner arranged our transfers and her agents in Kalkan ensured this loverly property was in first class order during our stay. The villa is some way up the hill but do not let this put you off as you will rewarded by the best view in Kalkan. Taxi's are very cheap. We would recommend that you use the one recommended by the owner who was prompt and courteous. Kalkan provided an excellent mix of facilities so all members or our party were happy. (Age range from 21 to 54) . The only problem with giving a good review is someone else may book his property when we next want it!

“Fantastic villa, fabulous location and the area was superb - all good” The villa is superb with amazing views. It is very well equipped and truly luxurious. We found the area had plenty to do with trips and beach clubs as well as spending time by the villa pool. Something for everyone.

“Beautiful apartment perfect location” Having stayed in 2 locations in Kalkan we have to say the Aquarius apartment is perfectly situated being close to the centre but just far enough away to be quiet. The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, light, airy, clean and well equipped. Both the terraces have fantastic panoramic views of Kalkan Bay perfect for alfresco dining an aperitif or relaxing on one of the sofas with a good book. Pam provides a wealth of information in the form of a guide and leaflets about the local area and things to do - far more comprehensive than tourist information. We will definitely recommend to friends and hope to return ourselves.

“Wonderful relaxing break in Kalkan at the beautiful Villa Guzel.” We have been Kalkan Regulars for a few years now. We love the relaxed vibe of the town. It's great restaurants, excellent bars and selection of shops. This time we stayed at Villa Guzel. It is certainly super comfy but also brilliantly located for the most spectacular views across the bay. We can't recommend enough and will certainly aim to return next year.
