“Immaculate house, beautiful views, great staff, delicious food!” We're regular travellers to Jamaica, but normally prefer the vibes and the buzziness of the South Coast. This year, we opted for the 'gated community' of Silver Sands on the sleepy North Coast - wedged between Montego Bay & Ocho Rios. We picked the location because of the house and it did not disappoint. Modern by Jamaica standards and very well-kept. Dwight, Hyacinth and Cheryl took great care of us - cooking delicious food (upon request!) and keeping the house and pool very tidy. There are plenty of places to relax inside and outside of the house with a group or on your own. The pool has gorgeous views, the hammock & gazebo are a real treat, and you are steps away from the quietest part of the beach. The only downside to Silver Sands is the weather at the time of year we went (December / January) - we only had about 1 hour of direct sunlight a day and the beach was really windy. The area is very quiet - there is not much to do at all - but if you want a chill, drama free place to stay, a beautiful house with a great staff where you can relax and not worry about a thing, Quadrille is perfect. Jayne & Doug were also a pleasure to deal with and you can tell how much love goes into their Jamaican home. I would highly recommend this house.

“My New Home away from Home!” Excellent vacation experience! My family and i recently stayed at Monique's home and i can honestly say it was very clean, well maintained, Monique was easy to deal with and very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this home to my friends and family (even though i would love to keep it as my little secret) I can't. This home is not far from the airport and getting to the beach is very easy, you will have to try the Jerk Chicken by the main gate on Friday's. My only recommendation you will need a car or a phone number for a taxi driver. I am already planning my next visit and looking forward to my stay. Thank you Monique!!!

“Home away from home” Very suitable accommodation for a average family size of 5, with lots of space which is idle when you have young children. A very quite gated community with pleasant and friendly neighbours and a definate home away from home setting. Shauna made our stay less stressful by arranging transport to pick us up from the airport and a stop at the local supermarket as she was aware that we were unfamiliar with the area. Demar was always on hand to assist us with any queries and information which was very helpful. The accommodation was within close proximity to a decent free local beach, restaurants, Falmouth Town and Montego Bay amenities. However driving would be idle to fully enjoy the surrounding areas however if can't afford a rental car or can't hack driving in Jamaica, Demar is always available to be your tour guide.

“Home away from home” If you are looking for a resort-style luxury villa. this is not for you. However if you are looking for a place that feels like a your second home, this is exactly where you want to be. It's like staying in a house that belongs to a family member, very comfortable, and has a realy homey feeling. Probably the best thing about this rental is Jennifer, who is there to look after the house and the guests, she does a fantastic job and makes sure that the guests feel 100% comfortable. Jennifer will bring you to the local supermarket where you can purchase everything you need for your stay, and she will cook you amazing dinners and breakfasts, just let her know what you'd like to eat, and she'll have some good suggestions. As you can see on the photos, outside in the lovely kept garden are sunbeds, tables and chairs. The large, quiet beach is only about 100m down the road, and is kept very clean, you can swim sunbathe or stroll without getting hassled here. Right on the beach is Leroy's Reggae Spot, a small bar where you can hang out to have a drink, and watch the local fishermen at work, Leroy's regularly has live music on weekends. All the locals we met there were very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely come back to the Palm Villa when we're back in Jamaica!

“Beautiful vacation home” This vacation home is the best ever out of all I've viewed. My vacation did not go as I planned, to do so many things in a 2 week period because I got really sick on my way flying with United airlines..Denton , the owner and Diane, made me feel so much better and comfortable. The house are very cozy and clean , I really wish this site let you rate higher than 5 stars because Denton most definitely deserve much more. I would tell anyone if your going to rent a vacation home anywhere in the Falmouth area, this would definitely be your place..********************************************************************************************************luxury plus

“A Perfect Holiday” My Family and I had such a wonderful stay at The Dreamin' Cottage! We would love to return. Miss Ivy was the best, seeing her smiling face every day was a delight. Her cooking was to die for, her tips were invaluable, we felt so well cared for while we were there. The cottage was perfect, very well located, with a short stroll to the beach and convenience store/clubhouse. I spend hours tanning on the roof top desk, reading. The decor was like something out of a magazine and it had everything we could possibly need. I highly recommend The Dreamin' Cottage at Silver Sands Resort. It blows away any all inclusive vacation!
