Nude climbing set to come to the UK
A new sport is set to come to the UK; nude climbing. Nude climbing has already gained a following in the US, and the naked climbers hope to conquer the UK too.
Nude climbing, already popular in the
US, is a sport that is suitable for everybody, regardless of skill-level: "It requires no equipment, which means climbers of all abilities can take part," nude climber Dean Fidelman told The Telegraph.
"This kind of climbing is the sport at its purest, intended to inspire and celebrate the human form. Hundreds of people are now participating in a sport that captures the essence of the climbing spirit."
Having made it in the US, nude climbing is now set to make its mark in
England and the rest of the UK. It is not the only naked sport to gain a following; nude hiking, bowling and yoga are all available, and cyclists can take part in a World Naked Bike Ride.
