Cheap flights draw in holidaymakers

No-frills airlines have once again increased in popularity, new figures show.
A report published by the regulator Civil Aviation Authority found that, while the rate of growth for low-cost providers had slowed, it remained "around ten per cent".
The study also discovered that owning a property abroad increased the number of flights people took each year.
The CAA said those individuals with holiday villas, or other properties abroad, took around 55 per cent more trips a year than the average UK passenger.
It said that the UK residents who used UK airports took an average of around two and a quarter return flights per year.
However, it added that around half of the UK population did not fly at all in any 12-month period.
In December the BBC reported that EU ministers were set to reject proposals that would have seen a cap placed on carbon emissions generated by planes.
