Spain still best choice for investors
Spain still best choice for investorsProperty experts believe that Spain maintains a good option for people planning to investor in real estate overseas.

A study conducted by GE Money, discovered that the majority of 100 mortgage brokers still believe that Spain offers the best value for money in the long-run, reports property specialists propertyinspain.net.

In particular, investors and holidaymakers continue to be attracted by the country's favourable climate, the local culture and a wide choice of great food and drink. In addition, the expansion of low-cost flights to the region means that many people are opting to spend more than just two weeks a year at Spanish resorts.

Sales manager Ben Walker explained: "That's a high level of commitment and it reflects the awareness and stability of the Spanish real estate market generally so far as international buyers are concerned. Locations like Ibiza and Costa Blanca are where people want their investment and dream homes."
