Anyone planning on travelling to Rome during the upcoming half term school holiday should be aware of higher air fares than normal. The Champions League Final on May 27 also means thousands of extra visitors will converge on the city. However, there is still time for football fans to book accommodation for the match.
According to The Independent, late May is normally an ideal time to take a
city break in Rome. However, the Champions League Final between
Manchester United and
Barcelona will be held in Rome during the final week of May, which could disrupt travel plans.
