Leeds to Copenhagen flight service launched
A new route has been launched by bmi regional, linking Leeds to Copenhagen.From this summer, the low-cost airline will offer a daily service between Leeds Bradford and the Danish capital.
The service forms part of plans to expand the airline's services, bringing its total fleet up to 20 aircraft.
Henrik Kahn, director of VisitDenmark UK & Ireland, commented: "It is great to see an airline that has the confidence to increase its fleet size to serve its existing routes and to add some exciting new destinations to its portfolio.
"Naturally, we are thrilled that Copenhagen is among them."
Holidaymakers visiting Copenhagen this summer could get a chance to see Die Fledermaus on The Opera mainstage, visit world-famous amusement park Tivoli, or visit the Arken museum to catch Duane Hanson's current exhibition – Sculptures of the American Dream.
