Your website is one I would recommend to anyone who has a property to rent out. The way you present properties for clients who are looking makes it easy for them to find the property they require for their holidays.
We have had so many enquiries since we used your website from people all over the world and last year also had a couple from Alabama in the USA who are hoping to return to our villa again this year.
In June through your company, we have rented out our Villa to a couple from Moscow in Russia who are looking forward to staying in the Villa instead of going to a hotel. They come to Marbella, Spain twice a year and always stay in hotels but thanks to your website going all around the world they have chosen to spend their holidays at our Villa for two weeks instead.
The number of photos you allow your clients to have on your website is a very valuable part for people who want to rent out and of course for people who are looking for the right place as it gives them an insight before booking.
The main thing is that you let your clients know by text that an enquiry has been made which is a wonderful way to ensure all enquiries are dealt with quickly.
