“Clean, spacious, centrally located” The apartment was just what we (my daughter and I) needed. It had 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room, adequately equipped kitchen, 2 large flatscreen TV sets, free WiFi, etc. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The only problem: parking in Tel aviv. When you come by car be ready to spend some 10-12 $ per day for public parking. Due to the central location of the apartment you can tour most of Tel aviv by foot.

“the best way to visit tel aviv” This is an ideal place for a couple to stay. The apartment is beautifully designed and well equipped. There is everything you need to cook, a tv alcove with a couch, and a large balcony with two lounge chairs. But you won't spend that much time there, because you are right in the heart of Tel aviv. The street is a historic one, with three museums. It is a few minutes from the beach, from Carmel market, and from trendy Sheinkin Street, with it's cafes and boutiques. You can even walk to Jaffa in half an hour. Just perfect!

“our review of the apartment and premises :please see the followi” thank you inbar ! we enjoyed our stay at your apartment very much. it was so clean and it smelled great when we walked in. the apartment is well appointed and everything was functional.we found the beds and buddings confortable,plenty of towels,dishes,etc.,shower very nice , washing machine and dryer verry handy. the bedrooms facing the back of the building are great therfore verry quit.the kitchen and appliances work verry well. the location is obviously excellent and the availability of parking is in asset - we had a mid-size mazda 3 that fit perfectly.overall it was perfect. we can't wait to come again .

“Perfect docking station all time of the year” It was my second time in this nice and charming place. I felt in love with it during my first visit of Israel in october last year, when I stood here in Jaffa for ten days. It was the best start/ introduction to a country I ever had. Jaffa is a very nice and historic place, Tel Aviv is a splendid and culturally alive city with wonderful beaches where you can have a great  time. The second visit was now in january, which is quiet different from the summertime but also highly recommended! Less tourists and more "real" life around and for the few days with rainy weather there are great museums in Tel Aviv. The apartment is perfect for everybody, family or individual traveler. It is friendly, charming, generous and nice arranged. I had friends coming over from over from Jerusalem and we enjoyed beeing here together. You will find it cosy and warm in colder days (hot water bottle included). The hosts helped me with everything and the atmosphere was very familiar and open. I do recommend this place to everyone - it is a perfect dockingstation for all kinds of sightseeing-tours from Galilea to the Red Sea, in every time of the year.

“Pleasant” Rented this apartment during my 10 day stay in Tel aviv. It's I. A great central location. Walking distance from the mall. You can walk to Rabin Square or even the beach. Plenty of nearby bus lines, and the train is close by as well. Numerous cafes close by or a short 10 min walk for more. The place is very nice. Well kept and cozy. All the amenities of home. The building has a doorman and an elevator. I would definitely stay here again.

“Great location, Clean and modern flat with all you need” We are a family of 5, and we found the stay at Tsviki's flat very comfortable. One bedroom for us the parents, and the other for our 3 kids, each room with air-condition. On top of that nice size leaving area with a nice little dining table. We have used the kitchen regularly, and used the washing machine at the end of the day at the beach. The location is the best part, and we enjoyed it each day. Tsviki is very friendly and helpful, and he made sure we had all that we needed at our stay.

“Great Stay” My wife and I, along with our two kids, recently completed a 12-day stay at Irit's apartment on Ben Yehuda St. in Tel aviv. We had a very good time. The 1-bedroom apartment was clean and well-equipped with modern appliances. A/C (a must in the summer in Tel aviv) worked very well in both the bedroom and living room. Wifi was excellent. The location is great. The beach is a block away. It's a 5-7 minute walk to the port ("namal"). Many other places within walking distance. Within a block there are many restaurants and markets, including at least 2 good cafes/restaurants and one market that are open 24 hours a day. The place does not have parking and finding a parking spot in the area is very difficult. However, Irit and her brother ariel arranged for me to park at a parking lot (for a fee) which was about a 5-7 minute walk from the apartment. I was able to exit and enter the parking lot any time I pleased. It worked out well. The apartment is not big. The bedroom is a decent size and easily sleeps two (in one bed). The living room is small. My wife and I slept on the pullout couch in the living room. It worked fine, but it was somewhat cramped. The place is probably ideal for a couple or single person, though it can accommodate another one or two. Though we did not need much, Irit and ariel were very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend Irit's apartment.

“we spent a wonderful time there” The apartment has a very nice atmosphere. The location is perfect.A few steps walk and you can find nice coffe places, do your shopping and also reach the beach. I enjoyed this place a lot. Especially the big balcony invites to relax after beeing out in the city. Well kept and clean. Guy and arik arranged everything perfectly. Very nice and helpful people. Guy tried successfully to fulfill our personal wishes.
