Lovely apartment, great quiet location

Great location, an easy five minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and nightlife but also very quiet. The apartment is big, very clean with everything you could need for a holiday and has a lovely balcony overlooking the two pools. Supermarkets are a couple of minutes walk away. Mark the owner was very easy to deal with and responded to all enquiries straight away, he also arranged airport pickups for us. It's a shame that the cafe/bar was shut the whole time we were there. Perfect place for families.

We stayed in Philip and Sharons apartment for two weeks in July with a very late check in and check out, Philip arranged for a pickup sevice at the airport at the cost of 55 lev witch is a bargain compared to the airport taxi who have an asking price for 200 lev last time i was there. Apartment is well equipped, and AC in all the rooms. Balcony facing the pool area is just perfect with no direct sun at all (hot enough as it is) The sun city complex is located in the quiet area of Sunny beach, but easy enough to get to Nesebar or flower street in Sunny beach with the tractor train or the bus (every 8 minute) located only 6-7 minutes walk from the apartment, and there is at least 4-5 places to buy your groceries in the close area and also a couple of decent restaurants nearby. Stayed in cascadas in summer months , had to return for work in the winter I wouldn’t recommend you visit sunny beach in the winter as the resort is closed but highly recommend summer However cascadas apartments are open year round , the apartments and complex are maintained to a high standard staff are friendly and helpful . What a beautiful outlook from the pool area. The view was unimpeded towards the sea. The villa was very spacious with all facilities needed to make our stay very comfortable. On-site staff were available daily. The site only has a small number of villas which made our stay private. The local hotel only a short walk away has additional bar and pool facilities to use if needed. Just come back from a week at Hilltop Villa-what a real gem. The villa was perfect and in an ideal location away from the hustle and bustle of Sunny Beach but only a short bus ride away. The villa was fully equipped with everything we needed for a self catering holiday. The complex in which the villa is situated was well kept and very quiet. Communication with Graeme throughout was first class. He gave us detailed information on the villa, it’s location and near by Sunny Beach and Nessibar. Fabulous amazing apartment for the right people

So this is a little difficult, let me start off saying I would return, my wife would return, we loved the place, its quite simply the best apartment we have stayed in on holiday bar none. We cannot fault anything at all about the apartment, the complex or the area, also we were picked up from the airport and dropped off (for a nominal charge) and during the drive got a lot of local information so it was well worth it. We booked this totally independently and to be honest were kind of worried about what we would find, however the reviews left by others put our minds at ease. everything is as good as described if not better ! We booked this as a family holiday, and as such the only negative is the complex is used by 18-30's as a venue, this is a double edged sword - first off that meant we had the pool all to ourselves from 8am till around 2pm when the "vampires" as the kids called them started to wake up - The 18-30's for the most part were very very well behaved and very respectful, naturally they were mainly Dutch and Swedish not british !! - There was never any trouble however there was 1 party of German's who were much louder than the rest, as it happens they were next door to us and partied till around 6am with loud music and doors banging - The kids slept through it mainly but the wife did get woken up every night, so didnt get that much rest. It could be we were just unlucky, but as a family we probably wouldnt go back, however as a couple we would go back in a heartbeat, everything was that nice. The complex is very clean and the staff actually take GREAT pride in keeping it like that. The pool area was spotless as were the sunbeds etc As for the area, fabulous, just 5 mins walk to the beach, 2 mins to the main shops and a MINI market on the complex selling at great prices. We cannot thank Betty enough for the holiday, it was fabulous the apartment is a credit to her, for families just keep in mind the 18-30's for anyone else, fill your boots, I would say you would be very hard pressed to find anything as nice as this. … see more
