“Lovely bungalow by the sea” We really enjoyed our stay at waterside no 40. The bungalow had everything we needed and was really clean and cosy. We were practically on the seafront so the perfect location too. There was lots to do around the area so we had a busy,fun holiday.

“Looks cottage” We had a fabulous new year in southwold ... it's definitely the place to be New Year's Eve brilliant firework display on beach ... this cottage has everything you need for a warm &. COsy stay , very clean & well furnished with lovely finishing touches in every room , sofas comfy beds comfy enough hot water for 4 adults we had a hamper on arrival &. Bottle bubbles in fridge ! &. Xmas lights were on for a lovely welcoming gesture it's in a brilliant position near to high street & lovely shops lovely walk to beach ... perfect stay with dogs Would definitely highly recommend & happily book again

“Perfect location” Spent 3 nights here and it is in the perfect location. We have been visiting this area for a few years now and love it. House was fully functional, and had everything we needed, although not many basics supplied (tea, coffee, sugar). Will definitely return

“Perfect Birthday Weekend with Friends” We had a group of 22 of us stay at the Old Neptune for my 30th Birthday weekend and it was the perfect setting! The house offered everything we needed to the point where we barely needed to leave, and in a great location right by the harbour! Would definitely stay again if we can find an excuse to get such a big group together again!

“Just what we needed” Stayed at Flint Cottage in Brandon while visiting our new grand daughter. The cottage was clean and well equipped. Plenty of hot water and bed was comfortable. This is not always the case. Jeremy was very helpful. Highly recommend! One note for the very tall - the doorways are low and the stairs narrow. This does not detract but just be careful!

“5 star villa” the villa was fully kitted out with everything u need on self catering break,sheets,towels,toilet rolls! and full size kitchen. Everything has been recently decorated and is spotless.June and Roy met us on our arrival and showed us round,they are very friendly and make you feel at home.The village of Corton is very small but pretty but you can catch a bus to Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft right outside the park.Wouldnt rrecomend the shop on site as we found it quite grubby and expensive,there are tescos around the area much better.We didnt use the park bar or pool ourselves so cant comment on that.If u want a break somewhere quiet and peaceful this is the place to come to ,we will return with more family another time!
