“Beautiful luxury apartment” We stayed at this lovely 2 bedroom apartment for a week in January. It is very well equipped and the kitchen has very modern appliances. The apartment itself is tastefully presented and has all creature comforts. Diane the owner has thought of every little minor detail as well, down to cling film, foil, food bags, shopping bag for the local supermarket which is just around the corner. Beach chairs, cooly box, the list is endless and beach towels! There is underground parking with a lift directly to the apartment. A short wak into La Cala town brings a selection of bars and restaurants and the beach, where you can walk along the boardwalk to Calahonda and Cabopino and even on to Marbella if you are fit enough! Just to mention although there is building work going on behind the apartment, this did not affect our stay in any way. We had a very relaxing stay and felt so at home, we are hoping to go back later in the year. Thanks again Diane for the use of your apartment and being so helpful throughout the booking process.

“great location - good transport links” the apartment has everything you need. It is next to the main bus route so good for Gib or marbella and all points in between. The agents are helpful and respond straight away to the slightest query. Kevin gave us lots of tips about where to visit. We liked Gib, Puerto Banus, Ronda, Duquesa and Caseres.

“Comfortable with great view” Lovely basic apartment, great terrace with fantastic views, used to wake up in the morning and look straight out to sea. Only two small points to state, firstly shower needs a new shower head and secondly it would of been lovely to of had use of a hair dryer. It was peaceful and the pool area was good. The car parking was right next to the apartment. Would go back

“fab” Had a fab time,Kids loved it, Lovely appartment spacious and clean, everythink you need in the appartment so home from home really :), balcony terrace was amazing, bedrooms lovely and air conditioning a great bonus, love the area and also the pool and pool bar, we rented a car which wasnt to dear either and there is plenty of things to do, excellant beaches, water park, nice bars and resteraunts near by too, i would highly recomend anyone wanting a great get away to go hear. also thankyou to the owners who were a phone call away for any queiries. i will certainly be going back soon.

“just what i needed” I was a man on his own for two weeks to explore the Island this was my base ,, I very much like the price you see is the price you pay I DO NOT LIKE HIDDEN EXTRAS that you find out about after you have paid non here, excellent value for money .I would stay there again in a heartbeat If it were a 2bed we would use it for our family holiday !yes I read the reviews that was then and now is now the complex has been sorted out Gardener ,24 hr security. natives are friendly and well behaved ! “Great Family Holiday” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this great ground floor apartment with garden in Lomas de Golf Villamartin (grandparents with 2 grandaughter aged 10 & 4). There's everything you need to make your holiday comfortable and enjoyable. Fabulous pool area just outside the garden gate. Large pool and smaller children's pool. This area of the urbanization is in a good location.... bars,restaurants,horse riding just a stroll away. The other holiday visitors/owners were very friendly and welcoming. Our grandaughters had a smashing time and wanted to stay when the holiday came to an end. We would love to return in the future.

“relaxing haven” We stayed for six weeks in this apartment and loved every bit of it. My wife likes to swim and the pool was close and a good place to meet people. I like to walk and found the area round about a good walking country. We both golfed but not in Riqelme itself(too pricey for us) in nearby courses. The nearby village of Sucina is interesting and friendly and the resort is a good centre to visit places of interest.
