“Lovely modern spacious apartment.” Beautiful apartment in a nice and quiet location, but only a short walk to shops bars and the beech. Quick and reassuring communications with the owner from the outset. Apartment has recently been modernised to the highest standard. Nice to see wifi included in this day and age.

“Apartment 136 Green Park” The apartment is well situated in Golf del Sur. It has the advantage of having the sun on the balcony until 2pm each day. It overlooks the pool. It is a nice apartment and I would recommend it. Unfortunately it is on the approach path into the airport. That didn't bother my partner and I but it might affect other clients. There are a few minimarkets close by and a large Supermarket a short taxi ride away.

“Definitely coming again!” Absolutely top notch accommodation. Very well equipped even some surprising extras like cling film and foil. Great location, near to the beach and restaurants and shops but enough distance to enjoy ourselves without disturbance.

“Fabulous, the perfectly apartment, why look any further!!!!” My daughter and I stayed for 2 weeks, and having stayed in several apartments in that area over the years, I was very impressed. It is clean, comfortable, and very spacious and airy. Everything you are likely to need is there, including a shopping trolley which we found very handy for the supermarket across the road. We spend some time on the balcony, always something to see and, and watched the dog walkers in the area across the road. With the bus stops just outside, and the sea front only a few minutes away it is in the perfect location, we found The View on the sea front a lovely place to eat, and relax with a cocktail. The owner, Paco, made us very welcome, he's a proper joker, lots of fun. Mike is also a great guy, very friendly and helpful, and knowing he was just next door if we needed help or advice gave us peace of mind. I would recommend this apartment to anyone,

“Family holiday” I have just got back from a fantastic holiday with my husband, 6 year and 10 month old son’s. I have been coming to los Alcazares for 10 years and this is by far the best villa I have stayed in, the pictures don’t do it justice. It was really spacious, light and well equipped. The roof solarium is huge and the court yard is decorated with pretty fairy lights which come on as the sun goes down. The communal pool is directly opposite the front door of the villa which isn’t clear from the picture but was a welcomed surprise particularly with having a young baby. It is quiet but has shops, bars and the market almost on the door step plus it is only a short walk to the beach and our favourite beach bar Chirringuito Teis. Lastly and by no means least is to mention our host Muriel who is quick to respond to any queries and stayed in contact throughout our stay to check everything was to our satisfaction. I would definitely stay here again.
