Bolnuevo was a quiet fishing village, the fishermans cottages are still there opposite the beach but have been greatly modernised. During the summer on the large beach there is usually free entertainment for children including organised beach games. There is a good selection of bars & restaurants, and a "train" that runs to the Port every hour or so.
