“Great” Fantastic location, hamper on arrival and place was beautifully clean and tidy ready for us. Layout was as per photos so we already knew who was going where etc. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking for quite a few people with kids. We used the high chair and the cot which were great so we didn’t have to bring our own. They even had a nightlight for the kids room. Overall a wonderful holiday and one that won’t be forgotten quickly. Thanks Nikki

“Beautiful, well equipped cottage in a wonderful location” A really lovely cottage, beautifully decorated with lovely furnishings. Perfect for 6 girls - 3 bathrooms! All the furnishings were lovely - beds really comfortable, bedding really pretty. Kitchen was really well stocked and the home cooked brownies, local bacon and eggs were a real treat. The courtyard garden was perfect for a glass of champagne! Great location - easy walk to the restaurants and shops. We picked up bikes from the station and had a wonderful 26 mile cycle around the forest. Will definitely be back again, maybe next time I will bring husband and 3 year old!

“Fantastic location” We had an absolutely wonderful time celebrating my Mum’s 70th at Shell Ness. There were 6 adults and 4 children in our party and everyone loved the house. The views are absolutely breathtaking - we never got sick of sitting out on the decking and looking out at the sea. The property is beautiful and had everything we needed. We could easily walk down to the beach or into Whitstable harbour. We would love to return to Shell Ness one day. We made lots of happy memories.

“Great summer” It was a great week with heat and sunshine. Thirlmere is very spacious in a quiet part of Littlestone with sea view. There is everything you need and more. The beach is clean with warm water due to the tide difference and warming of the mud. The water is clean. Swimming is only realistically 2 hours around high tide

“Lovely hideaway in the heart of the Kent countryside.” Step out of the property staraight onto Stelling Minnis common; fabulous walks, whatever the season, literally on your doorstep. The perfect good value base to explore Kent, just a short drive to Canterbury (great shopping and history),the coast; Whitstable, Hythe, Dover (we love the cliff walks) and the many local visitor attractions. Friendly and helpful host, Nicola, definitely goes the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need. Warm accommodation with plenty of hot water. This was our second visit; hope to return soon. Really happy with our stay.

“Lovely Homely Cottage” This lovely little cottage is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore the Kent countryside. The cottage is very homely and has everything you could ever need for self catering accomodation, two spacious bedrooms, one double and a twin room, each with their own en-suite bathrooms. Wifi internet is also a very useful facility provided for guests. We explored Dover castle, Deal, Folkestone and the beautiful cliff tops at St. Margarets at Cliffe. Also a lovey place to eat is The Smugglers pub, just round the corner from the cottage, great food in a lovely country pub atomsphere. All in all, a perfect countryside get-away break.

“Spacious and peaceful - would definitely return!” We stayed in Sweetslade for three nights, and would definitely go back! The location is lovely, the house looks out over fields and is right in the middle of the countryside, which makes it very peaceful. Coming from London, it was so lovely to just hear birdsong rather than traffic! The house is only a short drive to the nearest town and right on the edge of the New Forest, so couldn't ask for a better location. The house itself is really light and airy, and the huge windows look right out over the fields. We stayed just at the beginning of the summer heatwave, and though the house was cool, the fan provided was useful! Robert had lots of leaflets of things to do in the area, and it was good to find out that the nearest bike hire centre was only 20 min drive away - ideal if you want to explore the New Forest! Everything felt very new and clean, and we would have loved to have stayed longer. It's a great find, and I highly recommend it.

“A comfortable oasis in a beautiful setting” I visited with my elderly Mother our intention to visit nearby NT properties. We spent lovely sunny days at Bateman ' s Bodiam & Scotney Castles and beautiful Sissinghurst all within 40 minutes drive. We also caught the train to Canterbury enjoying a visit to the Cathedral where graduation ceremonies were taking place. A visit to The Pantiles in Royal Tunbridge Wells was a must for me. We ended our stay by driving to Eastbourne & then catching a bus to Brighton. The coastal route over the South Downs was breathtaking. Our stay was so comfortable, especially the beds. We loved looking at the rabbits hopping around outside each morning and the birds in the trees. Daphne' s welcome basket was a real treat. We also loved the paintings in the Oast which truly reflected it's character.

“You can hear the sea on the shore as you sit in the stunning garden” We were given a warm welcome by our host on our arrival. Great information pack provided with all the essential information for the local area. the beautiful decor throughout is in a maritime theme and fits the location perfectly. Kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and there is a BBQ in the garden . Both my mother I and my children (7 and 11) were very happy with their rooms. There are plenty of board games in the living room if you do get a rainy day.

“Beautiful and homely barn” We had a lovely stay in this gorgeous barn conversion, with a little modern touch it it. So clean and tidy and Chris was so welcoming when we arrived. “Well equipped family holiday home in great location” Very comfortable and warm family holiday home. All the facilities and equipment you could need whilst away, a real home from home, and we were a party of 9 plus a baby. The location is a stones throw from the beach and easy walking distance to a number of good eating places. Very easy booking process and we were met at the property for a guided tour by the property manager, who was happy to help us with recommending the local facilities. Thank you for a lovely Easter Break.

“Great location, Spacious accommodation - Suits families [--]; large groups” We have just returned from a great week at the Games Barn. We had 6 children ranging from 2yrs to 13yrs. They all enjoyed feeding the animals, collecting eggs & running free in adjacent fields. The barn is in a peaceful location with friendly owners on hand if needed, but they were never intrusive. There are lots of family attractions nearby & a day at the coast was within easy reach. We would love to return one day. Thank you

“Excellent accommodation overall with well considered 'extras'” Good location near beach. Looks as if it has been refurbished recently and to a great design. Comfortable beds. We had grandchildren with us and there were gates on the stairs, which was great. Normally when I book self catering I have to take lots of extras, like soap, washing up liquid, tea towels, spare towels etc. Absolutely everything had been thought of here so there was no need to bring anything. There was also a lovely welcome hamper, and also lots of DVDs and games. I would definitely return.

“I cannot wait to return!” From the initial telephone conversation to the checking out I found the whole experience very easy. The owners were so helpful with recommendations, directions and general tourist information as they knew it was my first visit to Brighton. The house was immaculate with beautiful themed décor (I could have stayed indoors all weekend) and well stocked with full kitchen utensils etc. Literally a stone's throw from the seafront, the location was perfect. I immediately relaxed on arrival and stayed relaxed all weekend. I cannot wait to return as I only experienced a fraction of what this amazing city has to offer. I will check my 2015 diary and plan my return to sumptuous Parisien Parfumerie!
