“Great place, can't wait to go back!!!” This was a great vacation location. It is right across the street from the beach, which was not crowded at all due to the fact that there weren't too many parking spots available for the public. There is a public parking lot further down the street, and that's where the crowds were. The beach was so clean, and the sand like nothing I had ever seen, white and so soft. We saw at least 4 beach weddings happening while we were there and on Sunday nights they have "drum circle", where they play the drums for hours and people dance. It is also within walking distance from the Siesta Village. We loved walking there for lunch and dinner. If you're not into walking, there are free rides into town (tip the driver), or bus stop right in front of the building (cheaper than tipping :)) You can also rent scooters in town, which we did one day and just cruised around. The condo was literally spotless, very comfortable and inviting. We loved everything about it, from the big windows overseeing the Gulf, to the very soft and comfortable bed. There were older couples there, as well as couples with small children, but you could never tell, there was never any disturbing or unwanted noise. I have nothing negative to say about it, we really enjoyed it that much and we are already talking about when we can go back. I am so glad we did not go to a hotel!!! We have told all our friends and family about it and showed them pics, everyone was impressed. Checking in and out was very easy and everyone was so friendly and helpful:)

“I'll be back!” We crave sea, sand, and sun, so a couple of years ago we drove from Toronto, Canada all the way south to Key West and back staying in several locations on the east and then west coast of Florida and we picked Siesta Keys as our family vacation spot. First year we booked online and then on location went to check out local rental properties and prices. This townhouse was #1. It's beautiful, fresh as if you're the first to live in it, neatly decorated and very close to the beach (we just walked barefoot and in our swimwear for about 100m - and there you are at the water), best in location and price! We spent three weeks in 2011 and came back again for the august 2012. It's truly a pleasure to deal with people like Tim&Viv;! I'm very grateful for their informative responses to our inquiries about the place and amenities around and kind attention to details in preparing the house for our stay. As soon as we entered the spacious sunlit living room and I saw the basket with welcome gifts on the table I knew it was time to relax and enjoy my vacation. It switched me into a different mood right away - peaceful, joyful and relaxed. Coming from a big city with its daily hustle-bustle we really appreciate the difference in atmosphere and pace here it doesn't take days or weeks to "decompress". Tim&Viv; knew how to make it very easy, relaxing, and comfortable. Our kids were very happy to find bikes and swimming gear in the garage not to mention to have one TV in each room so remote control wars were prevented. We try to buy organic so it's very convenient to have an Earth Origins Market 3min away. Also there's a Publix and many restaurants in the area. For art lovers there's a great art gallery in Sarasota: Ringling Museum of art - surprisingly rich collection of works by the Old Masters. A visit here is a must! Sunsets here are so spectacular that their grandeur can never be captured by a camera. I hope we'll come back again and again to the warmth and hospitality of this house.

“Comfortable Clean Oasis- LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION” My family and I had a wedding in Sarasota and had never been to the area. With out knowing what to expect and guessing where to stay based on reviews we chose this perfect house that had everything we needed and more. What a surprise and a relief to find that this location was perfect! We were able to ride the bikes provided everywhere we needed to go or walk! The beds were very comfortable and everything was incredibly clean. They have plenty of beach towels, sheets and blankets! We were SO comfortable here and are already talking about going back. The owners of the home could not have been easier to communicate with. They would check in with us and ask us how things were going and were able to give us recommendations but still giving us plenty of privacy and space. You can tell their goal is to make every one have the best possible experience. The beaches are incredibly beautiful and there are an abundance of restaurants and shops in walking distance to the house. The pool was perfect and they have everything you need for the beach- toys, coolers, beach bags. They truly have thought of everything. The showers and bath tub were great. There truly is not one negative thing my family could say about this house or Siesta Key. Looking forward to our future trips back and would truly recommend this to anyone that was looking for a wonderful vacation.
