“Personal service, comfort and attention to detail maintained year after year” This was our fifth stay at Littlecourt but our first in Magnolia Cottage. The cottage was superb all the luxury of a first class hotel with the convenience of self catering. The owners think of everything to aid their guests comfort, constantly updating. Sidmouth and Littlecourt is our number one place to stay. Highly recommended.

“Ten years - and not once disappointed” Our tenth family visit to this quite exceptional Littlecourt in its unique setting in Sidmouth. “Comfortable, well equipped and maintained, nestling in superb gardens and in ideal location” The Coach House is immaculately clean and well maintained. It is comfortable to live in, everything you could need for a holiday has been provided. It is surrounded by flowers, plants, trees and shrubs and is a delight. The owners create a wonderful atmosphere. It is well located to walk into Sidmouth or the beach. We return year after year and it never disappoints.

“Absolutely beautiful cottage and gardens - very relaxing.” Hemphaye Cottage was lovely and clean and in an ideal setting for a relaxing stay. Selwyn and Geoffrey were very friendly and helpful to everyone. Only downside was Hemphaye is not suitable for the disabled especially as there is no w.c. on the ground floor. However, it did not deter our party and we have booked again for 2014 but for two weeks this time and in Magnolia Cottage which we visited whilst we were there and found much more suited to our needs. Thank you Selwyn for a lovely holiday.
