“Spacious and comfortable, superb location with stunning views” My husband and I stayed 7 nights at Seabright Holiday Apartments with my sister and her 10 year old for a reunion and break. We arrived with a warm welcome of fresh fruit, fresh pastries and a lovely bottle of wine (we needed the wine after our long day of travelling). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the ground floor apartment is just lovely, modern and and very clean. All 3 bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms for privacy which I loved having, the kitchen was modern with everything you would expect to find. My favourite room where we spent our afternoons and evenings was the living room, so comfy and cosy. The views from the large bay window were spectacular, a very idyllic room, especially on those cold afternoons. The location suited us also, only a afew minutes walk to the centre of town, we also loved the accessibility of the walks nearby, especially Benmore gardens where we visited twice, such a beautiful place to go for walks, I highly recommend a visit. There is so much more to do in this region, I cant wait to return. Thank you Argyll Self Catering Holidays for your recommendation.

“The most amazing place.” We can't say enough about this place, it's absolutely wonderful. We booked in for a relaxing getaway for my daughters 18th Birthday and were overjoyed when we arrived and found the coach house exactly like its photographs. The building is stunningly laid out, beautifully furnished and state of the art, the kids were especially impressed with the surround sound and blu-ray players, while I loved the relaxing lighting under the baths. we also enjoyed the log burners and the cosy atmosphere in the house at night. Juliet and Alan were the most welcoming and gracious hosts, we couldn't ask for nicer more accommodating people, they were happy to help us any time and had answers to all our questions. We can't gush enough over Juliet's Llamas, who we were delighted to feed carrots to and take pictures of and her naughty chickens who roamed freely around the property. The games room was fantastically equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed it. My son was thrilled to ride in Alan's Motorbike and side-car and insists that it is the best way to see the countryside. We visited nearby Town; Castle Douglas which was a treat with lots of little shops and cafes. We also dined and drank in 'The Grapes' Pub in Springholm, the landlord was very welcoming and we had a lovely night there with the, very, friendly locals. The coach house's surroundings are serene and beautiful and in all we had a fantastic time! We most certainly would go back and we would recommend it to anyone.

“Beautiful house with all mod cons and stunning views of Loch Creran” We travelled with three generations and all had an amazing time - sunshine, fantastic walks, a beautiful house with a glass wall in the living area giving stunning views over Loch Creran. The hot tub was another bonus. The stars on a clear night are incredible to city dwellers! The hosts are welcoming and the fresh scones waiting on arrival were gone in no time!

“Christmas by the sea” Spent a fantastic six days in this cottage which looks directly over Sandend beach. From the moment we stepped inside we all felt at home. A small welcome pack with a bottle of Cava was an added bonus and much appreciated. The place just had a lovely relaxed feel with lots of beutiful sea theme paintings of the local area. Facilities and equipment were exactly as described and it was clear that Wendy and Colin have put a lot of thought into the needs of their customers so whether you are escaping to leave the cooking behind or like us you plan to have Xmas dinner with all the trimmings, you will have all you need at your fingertips. Plenty of information available on what is on and available in the local area. The Moray coast is a lovely part of the world regardless of the season so if you tire of strolling along the beach you can explore the towns and villages along the coast. We would highly recommend Sandend Cottage and will definitely return.

“Didn't want to leave!” Fantastic cottage in an amazing location. We came as part of a larger group who stayed next door, and the two cottages together make an outstanding holiday venue. However, if you are coming as a couple with 2 small kids, this house alone is brilliant! Well equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom, very comfortable bedroom - downstairs is great, but upstairs is even better! Our two boys couldn't believe their luck when they saw the amazing bedroom and "den" upstairs - if it hadn't been for the lure of the beach and the ice cream shop, they would have spent the whole holiday upstairs! Very dog-friendly too - after hours on the beach, our dog curled up on his bed by the radiatior in the hall and was as happy as the rest of us. We will definitely be coming back!

“MEMORABLE HOLIDAY” Great Holiday home , been for a week felt very homely very quite surrounding but with a lovely lake view and mountains. Our kids enjoyed the Jacuzzi and we enjoyed every minute we were in out of the cottage. The only negative side was the utensils were not checked and replaced some where just used and replaced without cleaning which annoyed a bit otherwise in whole the lodge was pick and span . Also the hall was very spacious and kids could use the large comfy sofa bed at night. lot of shopping areas nearby for groceries if u lov home food. Well if i visit loch tay again i would love to have this lodge again.
