You will be within a short distance of the beautiful waterfalls of Devils Bridge, you can catch a steam train in Aberystwyth on the Vale of Rheidol railway, or take a ride up the funicular railway to the top of Constitution Hill. Cardigan Bay is famous for its dolphins and seals, and the area is renowned for Red Kites with feeding centres locally. Leisure facilities: indoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub.

Kitchen: well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Additional small lounge area off one twin bedroom. Outside: enclosed with large patio, garden furniture, pergola and BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking for 3 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking in the property. 1 dog by arrangement. Location: shop and pub all within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
