The increasing number of budget flights on offer to holidaymakers and investors is helping to encourage growth across Europe, claims the Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP).Paul Owen, chief executive of AIPP, explained that limited choices used to restrict the options for real estate investors but the increasing number of budget carriers has helped to transform the market and provide a range of new destinations and choices.
"It just makes it more familiar. People feel a bit more confident that you can get there," explained Mr Owen.
He added that it can mean investors are confused about the wide range of options available to them but stressed: "It opens
Europe up...there's no doubt that the fact that people do fly there and go there on their holidays."
