'Good' rental availability in Australia
'Good' rental availability in AustraliaAdelaide in Australia has a large number of rental properties available, which will widen the choice for holidaymakers.

According to Knight Knox International, the Australian government has put significant investment into the area making it a "popular" destination.

Lorraine Price, a spokesperson for the global property group, said: "There's a lot of development going on, there's a lot of rental properties there. And they've just struck oil north of the city about two weeks ago, so that's going to bring a lot more revenue in."

Meanwhile the Courier Mail reported similarly "strong rental growth" in Brisbane.

She added that not many people will buy a home there just for holidays unless they are planning on emigrating or are looking for an investment.

Thinkingaustralia .com recently revealed the average price of a two-bedroom house in Adelaide to be £170,213 and a two-bed apartment to cost £250,000.
