Princess Beatrice set to move into St James's Palace
Princess Beatrice set to move into St James's PalaceOne of the young royals has secured herself a convenient new home, The Sun reveals. According to the paper, during her gap year, Princess Beatrice will be based in a "lavish" apartment at St James's Palace.

The Queen's 19 year old granddaughter has reportedly accepted a job as a personal shopper for VIP customers at the department store Selfridges, on London's Oxford Street, just a stone's throw from her new four-bed apartment. The paper claims that Beatrice's parents, the Duchess of York and Prince Andrew, were last week spotted inspecting the property, which boasts three bathrooms, an impressive dining room and a "huge" sitting room.

An unnamed source was quoted as saying of the apartment: "It's beautiful and Beatrice will love it. It is right next to Clarence House so Prince Charles and Camilla will be immediate neighbours." A friend also reportedly commented on Beatrice's new home: "It makes perfect sense. Beatrice hopes to move in within weeks. Some decoration and alterations might be needed but it should be ready. Obviously it will be nice for her to have a London base. She will be able to make the most of the party and club scene."

According to the paper, Princess Beatrice currently lives at home with Prince Andrew's in Royal Lodge, the late Queen Mother's Windsor house.
