Prince William & Kate Middleton house hunting in Malibu
Prince William and Kate Middleton have been spotted house hunting in Malibu. The couple were particularly interested in one $8m property.
William and Kate were looking at a four bedroom home in the
Californian city, according to The Real Estate Channel. The property comes with a detached guest house, has ocean views and a winding drive.
Unfortunately, the property has already sold and Malibu locals say the buyer was not Prince William. However, there is speculation that he may continue to look at homes.
Nevertheless, William and Kate's house hunt as so far been "more dignified" than that of David Beckham's. When Beckham was viewing properties in the area a couple of years ago, rumours "were rampant about what and when he would buy". In contrast, the royal couple have kept a low profile.
