Denise Van Outen has bought a new house with her fiancé, Lee Mead. The property in Kent is the couple's first home together.
34 year old Van Outen and Mead, 27, purchased the detached house for close to the £1.25m asking price, according to The Mail on Sunday. The property sits at the end of a private driveway just south of
Ashford.
The four bedroom
property in Kent boasts a triple garage and four reception rooms. Outside, Van Outen and Mead will benefit from landscaped grounds, including paddocks.
The couple, who met on the BBC series Any Dream Will Do, were previously rumoured to be looking to buy a
cottage in the Cotswolds. Van Outen already owns homes in
Los Angeles and
London.
