Montenegro offers long-term investment benefits
Montenegro offers long-term investment benefitsSince adopting the euro currency in 2002, the country is continuing to offer investors good returns, claims a real estate company.

Dream Property Montenegro believe that Montenegro will maintain its "relative stability and low inflation" making it an "attractive" country for long term investment – despite not being a member of the European Union.

Andrea Marston, a spokesperson from Dream Property Montenegro explained that the country's split from Serbia has brought a number of positive benefits for holidaymakers, local residents and overseas investors with the country keen to work towards full EU membership in the near future.

"Since splitting from Serbia, the Montenegro government has been working towards economic prosperity and attracting foreign investment," explained Ms Marston.

She added: "The market is already booming, after the split from Serbia it hit the headlines last year. There has been a great deal of interest from various countries, notably UK, Ireland and Russia."

In addition, the World Travel and Tourism Council recently predicted that Montenegro will have the fastest demand for travel and tourism between 2006 and 2015.
