Buy-one-get-one-free on the Costa del Sol
An estate agency on the Costa del Sol is offering two homes for the price of one. Salsa Inmobiliaria has launched the buy-one-get-one-free property promotion in a bid to shift empty homes.

Buyers of one of Salsa Inmobiliaria's £620,000 beachside properties on the Costa del Sol will get a one bedroom apartment in a golf resort free, reports The Telegraph.

The two-for-one property promotion was announced at the Malaga property fair last weekend. As well as Salsa Inmobiliaria's novel offer, other real estate agencies were reducing property prices to encourage buyers. Others were presenting the opportunity to rent before you buy.

Organisers at the Malaga property fair reported that there were significantly fewer exhibitors at this year's event compared to previous years.

"Last year we had 109 exhibitors and this year there are only 30, of which only 17 are actual promoters," a spokesman said.

The price of the properties in Spain offered for sale at the fair had also fallen by up to 20 per cent.
