Madonna buying boyfriend Jesus Luz a New York apartment

Madonna is buying her boyfriend, Jesus Luz, a New York apartment. The singer wants Luz to have his own home in the city.

Madonna has instructed her real estate agents to view New York apartments, according to The Sun. The singer is willing to spend up to £1.7m on a property within walking distance of her own £25m townhouse in New York's Upper East Side.

The new flat will be bought in the Brazilian model's name, although Madonna will be paying for it. A source told the paper: "[Madonna] is buying Jesus an apartment in New York....she is financing everything but Jesus will own it once it's been found and bought. She really wasn't kidding when she told him he'll never have to worry about money from now on."

Luz is also on the payroll of Madonna's company and she is believed to have arranged several top modelling contracts for him. Concluding that Luz has landed on his feet with Madonna, the paper quips: "Jesus must feel like he can walk on water."
