Katie Price and Peter Andre's American home is for sale. The ex-couple's villa is on the market for almost $20m.
Rightmove is advertising Katie and Peter's former home,
Villa Cascata, which it describes as setting the scene for the end of the pair's four year marriage. The
Los Angeles villa featured heavily in the reality TV show 'Katie and Peter: the Next Chapter, Stateside'.
With an asking price of $19,950,000, the villa is set in over 17 acres of grounds and has 13,000 square feet of living space. The "love/hate nest" also has a pool with covered loggia, horse facilities, formal gardens and guest house. Inside, Villa Cascata boasts seven bedrooms, a chef's kitchen, a home cinema and a gym.
The property, inspired by
villas in Italy, was built in 2006. Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsey rented the villa before it was home to Katie and Peter.
