Harry Potter's Rupert Grint & a magic property portfolio

Harry Potter's Rupert Grint has amassed a multi-million pound property portfolio. Grint, who plays Ron Weasley in the Harry Potter films, owns property worth almost £10m.
With £9.2m worth of property, Grint owns more than both Emma Watson - Hermione Granger in the films - and Daniel Radcliffe, the eponymous Harry Potter. According to The Daily Mail, Watson has property worth £4m and Radcliffe has a portfolio of an estimated £7m.
Aged just 21, Grint owns two country mansions and another large, detached house, all mortgage-free. The Harry Potter star's latest property purchase is a
Hertfordshire manor house set in 22 acres, for which he paid £5.4m as the sole owner in September.
The 18th century property has five reception rooms and six bedroom suites. The manor came with two cottages in the substantial grounds and has both inside and outside swimming pools.
For the past few years, Grint has been living with his family in another of his homes in Hertfordshire, which he bought in October 2006 for £3.35m. The family have an outdoor pool at their disposal as well as a lake and a putting green.
In April 2008, he and his father paid £495,000 for another property in the county, which they are now extending. Given Grint's impressive portfolio, the paper concludes that "he may play second fiddle to Harry Potter in the wizardry department, but [he] has proved himself no muggle when it comes to property deals".
