Virgin Atlantic & Eurostar team up
Eurostar and Virgin Atlantic have teamed up to offer passengers further travel options. Connections can now be made to destinations in mainland Europe.

Anyone booking a Virgin Atlantic flight to London Heathrow can now book connecting Eurostar services. The partnership provides overseas passengers travelling to Paris apartments with an alternative to another plane journey.

Eurostar's other destinations, including Brussels and Lille, will also be more accessible. Members of Virgin Atlantic's Flying Cub will be able to redeem airmiles on Eurostar services.

"This new agreement gives Virgin Atlantic passengers even more flexibility," said a spokesman for the airline. "They can quickly and effortlessly book Eurostar tickets when booking a flight and experience the delights of Eurostar's key destinations."

A spokeswoman for Eurostar described the partnership as "fantastic news". She added that most people travelling between London and Paris or Brussels use Eurostar, and the train operator is pleased that overseas passengers can now benefit from the service more easily.
