Paris Orly strikes - easyJet flights cancelled
Strikes at Paris Orly airport have led to many flight cancellations. easyJet is one of the main airlines affected by the Paris airport strikes.

Flight cancellations at Orly airport have resulted from employees of the ground handling company Servisair going on strike. Cheap flight search engine WhichBudget reports that easyJet, Royal Air Maroc, Atlas Blue, Air Mediterrannee, Cuban Airlines and Syrian Airlines are among the carriers who have cancelled flights.

easyJet has confirmed that at least 22 services have been cancelled today. Flights to Rome, Milan, Geneva, Nice, Toulouse, Budapest and Athens are amongst those cancelled. A full list of cancelled easyJet flights can be found on the airline's website.

It is expected that the Paris Orly strikes will continue for the best part of the day. Paris Charles de Gaulle airport is unaffected by the strikes. Servisair staff are concerned about the security of their jobs after it was confirmed the company had lost its licence.
