This elegant two bedroom apartment boasts a fantastic location in the very heart of the historic barrio of Santa Cruz. Seville's former Jewish quarter is perhaps the most atmospheric of the city's neighbourhoods, with narrow streets, flower-filled patios and shaded courtyards at every turn. Santa Cruz is famous for its excellent selection of traditional restaurants and taverns, and is one of the best places in the city in which to undertake a traditional Spanish tapeo, or tapas crawl. The apartment is actually situated above San Marcos restaurant, one of Santa Cruz's best and most famous dining establishments, so guests needn't venture far to find great food! Many of Seville's top sights and attractions are within easy walking distance, including the impressive Catholic Cathedral, the adjoining former Muslim minaret, the Alcazar and the Flamenco Museum, and a number of public transport options means guests can explore the rest of the city and beyond with ease.

The apartment itself is bright and airy, and has been decorated in a contemporary style with plenty of clean lines and muted colours that show the space off to best effect. The large living area is open-plan in design, with a comfortable sitting room only partly separated from the brand new fully-equipped dining table for six. Each of the double bedrooms has been individually decorated in keeping with the rest of the house, with high quality but simple furnishings and decoration and plenty of storage space. Both bathrooms are brand new and very comfortable. With an elegant interior and unbeatable location in the very heart of Seville's most atmospheric and historic neighbourhood, this lovely apartment is an ideal option for family or friends looking to spend time in this magical city.

Accommodation and Facilities

1st floor apartment with no lift. The entrance leads to a living area which communicates to the rest of the rooms. The living area has 2 sofas, a coffee table and television. To the left of the entrance is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a fridge, storage cupboards, sink and hob. There is a dining table in the dining area for 6 people. From the living area, the master bedroom and bathroom can be accessed. It consists of a double bed and fitted wardrobes. Both ensuite bathrooms have showers. Bedroom 2 is accessed from the dining area and has two single beds pushed together and fitted wardrobes.
